Ocean Front Villa featuring popular, island comfort, furnishings with unobstructed ocean views. The latest and best in design, style and fixtures are found throughout the villa. Enjoy fresh island produce and seafood in your well stocked gourmet kitchen. Choose indoor dining, with a view, or keep mealtime casual and fire up the poolside grill. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the Ocean while enjoying the lanai, pool or spa. If you prefer the Pacific Ocean, Keiki beach is only a short walk away.

The Villa consists of two separate structures connected by a breezeway: Makai and Mauka. The main living area and the primary bedroom are located Makai (closest to the ocean) and take advantage of the ocean views and breezes. AC was added to the primary bedroom in the Makai structure for your additional sleeping comfort. The Mauka (located towards the mountain) structure is located behind the main living area and boasts an air-conditioned primary suite. The separation of the two structures allows for a quiet sleeping area that is ready when you are, to provide quiet, undisturbed zzz's for sleepy heads. Parking is available in the driveway, garage access is not permitted.

Spacious 'Villa Kai' offers opportunity for memorable private moments with loved ones, friends or colleagues in its many comfortable settings throughout the estate. Priced right, the villa is a comfortable experience for up to 8 adult guests. Perfect!

Amazing home on the water

Our family had a great stay! Listened to the waves each morning and night from the lanai. Spacious kitchen, living rooms and bedrooms. Super close proximity to downtown Kona. Would stay here again!

Nice house in a great location

We have stayed all over the Big Island and Hawaii. Our group of 8 appreciated the proximity to downtown Kona both for running/walking and dining. Also, the home is located next to a large playground complex. My wife and I joined in open Pickleball a few times. The home is on the water, giving a perfect view. The best endorsement - we have already booked for next year.
