A comfortable and beautifully furnished Edwardian era family home with large rooms and a mature south facing garden with a fantastic gazebo providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the garden. Afternoons and evenings by the crackling log fire in the sumptuous lounge are often preceded by long meals chatting over food in the luxurious dining room. The bedrooms are all extremely spacious and very comfortable. The property is 10 mins walk from shops, bars, restaurants and cinema plus a theatre which offers music, comedy and film. Camberley's retail and entertainment centres are 2 minutes drive from the property or 10 minutes on foot. You will find everything you need there from high street shops, large department stores, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and banks etc. There is The Mall shopping centre which is built around the Main Square and the 'Atrium' development which houses The Vue cinema (which regularly shows streaming of live London shows). In addition the theatre offers music, comedy and film. Marks & Spencer (one of the largest in the UK) and a Tesco superstore are situated in The Meadows complex 10 mins drive from the house.
A booking deposit is required amounting to 10% of the rental total or £250, whichever is the greater. This will automatically convert into a damages deposit upon arrival which is returnable after the property has been vacated and inspected. 50% is then payable 60 days prior to arrival with the final 50% payable 30 days prior. For last minute bookings we will require the full payment at time of booking. Payment is via cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. VAT is included in the price.
