Sleeps 10. 5 bedroom house with separate lounge (with log fire) and dining room plus kitchen/diner. Furnished to a high standard throughout with all mod cons. Large private secure garden. 31 miles southwest of central London situated in a quiet residential road 10 mins walk from Camberley town centre and within 30 mins drive to Legoland, Windsor Castle and Guildford Spectrum, 40 mins to Chessington, Thorpe Park and RHS Wisley. Excellent golf courses nearby including Wentworth 22 mins.

A comfortable and beautifully furnished Edwardian era family home with large rooms and a mature south facing garden with a fantastic gazebo providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the garden. Afternoons and evenings by the crackling log fire in the sumptuous lounge are often preceded by long meals chatting over food in the luxurious dining room. The bedrooms are all extremely spacious and very comfortable. The property is 10 mins walk from shops, bars, restaurants and cinema plus a theatre which offers music, comedy and film. Camberley lies close to the borders of both Hampshire and Berkshire and is an hour's drive to Gatwick, 30 mins to Heathrow. It is perfectly located for visiting a multitude of attractions in/around the M25 and London is easily accessible by road and rail. The property would suit a family get together, groups on a golfing break or a gathering of friends wanting to explore the area's theme parks and attractions.

Camberley's retail and entertainment centres are 2 minutes drive from the property or 10 minutes on foot. You will find everything you need there from high street shops, large department stores, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and banks etc. There is The Mall shopping centre which is built around the Main Square and the 'Atrium' development which houses The Vue cinema (which regularly shows streaming of live London shows). In addition the theatre offers music, comedy and film. Marks & Spencer (one of the largest in the UK) and a Tesco superstore are situated in The Meadows complex 10 mins drive from the house.

Booking Notes:

A booking deposit is required amounting to 10% of the rental total or £250, whichever is the greater. This will automatically convert into a damages deposit upon arrival which is returnable after the property has been vacated and inspected. 50% is then payable 60 days prior to arrival with the final 50% payable 30 days prior. For last minute bookings we will require the full payment at time of booking. Payment is via cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. VAT is included in the price.

Stunning Residence

A huge THANK YOU to Lydia for making our trip a happy and successful one! Having travelled to the UK several times before, we have no regrets for doing a home-stay this time around. The house and grounds are unbelievably beautiful and we really enjoyed the space around us. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a larger family, apart from comfortably sleeping 10 people, it is big enough to accommodate this amount in every way. We had a really fantastic stay and will definitely book again the next time we visit the UK.

The best house we have rented! Excellent accommodation in excellent condition and in a good location. Very well equipped for large parties (we were 6 adults and 5 children) with splendid garden.
Lydia was extremely welcoming and very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay.

Fantastic Experience!

What a fantastic experience!. We immigrated from Auckland, New Zealand and to have a place to stay for the first two weeks in a house that felt more like a home than just holiday accommodation was amazing.
