This is a very bright and tastefully furnished 1-bedroom apartment for 4 persons, located in Waldeck. You are welcomed to use the sunbathing lawn located below the terrace. The apartment is suitable for a couple, small family and group of friends. While staying here, the wonderful view from each room gives you the constant feeling of being connected to the lake, forest and surrounding mountains. Town centre, tennis court, supermarkets and restaurants are all 1.4 km away. Water sports are 3 km and ski lift is 46 km away. This apartment features a separate entrance. Inside, you will find a specific hall, an open kitchen with all modern amenities, a bright and well equipped living room with dining area and a modern bathroom. We verbleven er de 2e week van juli 2023. Prima woning voor een stel. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de directe van ook de wat wijdere omgeving. We troffen het enorm met het weer. Bij 30 graden of meer is verblijf in en nabij de woning minder prettig als je niet van die warmte houdt, maar in de omgeving zijn er goede uitwijkmogelijkheden voorhanden.

Ik wil niet dat deze beoordeling wordt geplaatst! Met het huisje/appartement is niets mis. Het is schoon, goed ingericht en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon. Op zich niets mis mee. Maar voor 4 volwassen personen is het huisje echt te klein. Het wordt daarentegen wel als zodanig door Bel Villa geadverteerd! En ook al geeft de omschrijving aan dat er maar 1 slaapkamer aanwezig is, er wordt duidelijk een 2e slaapkamer getoond bij de foto's. Dat is misleidend en daar spreek ik Bel Villa op aan! De verhuurder biedt op z'n eigen site de mogelijkheid om die 2e slaapkamer erbij te huren. Had BelVilla dat aangeboden, dan hadden we daar graag gebruik van gemaakt. Nu hebben onze jongens (16 en 17 jaar) op een slaapbank en een zelf meegebracht luchtbed geslapen in de woonkamer. Dat was niet zoals we het hadden bedoeld en niet in overeenstemming met het huurbedrag. Daarbij was er veel te weinig ruimte om kleding e.d. voor een week vakantie netjes een plek te geven aan 4 personen. Vlak voor vertrek kwamen wij er achter dat die 2e slaapkamer niet beschikbaar was. Dat was een vervelende ontdekking. Ik heb daar 2 x Bel Villa voor gebeld, maar heb geen adequaat antwoord teruggekregen. Ik heb toen uiteindelijk zelf maar contact opgenomen met de verhuurder hij kon echter geen oplossing bieden. Cancellen was geen optie voor ons omdat we vlak voor vertrek stonden. Ik had van Bel Villa een adequatere en actievere houding verwacht. Ik ben niet teruggebeld, ondanks beloftes. Ook op het telefoongesprek waarin ik kenbaar heb gemaakt dat ik me door Bel Villa misleid voel, heb ik geen reactie ontvangen. De verhuurder treft geen blaam. Op zijn eigen site is hij duidelijker in zijn aanbod. Bel Villa spiegelt deze locatie echter veel mooier voor, waardoor wij een huisje/appartement hebben gehuurd wat niet voldoet aan onze verwachting. Bel Villa, wat gaat u hieraan doen?
