Luxurious villa located in the private residential community of Torrenueva in La Cala, Mijas. It is situated on a quiet ,but not secluded road, at a very short distance to the shops ,supermarkets, restaurants and services in La Cala. The famous areas of Fuengirola , Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away, as are an array of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and marine spots. Granada, Ronda, Antequera and Malaga, among other places, attract many international visitors interested in Spain and Andalucia’s history, architecture and culture, and are easily accessible for day-trips. The property is maintained to a very high standard. Our gardener maintains the pool and garden twice per week. There is Wifi Internet at the property and there is a printer for your use. There are UK TV Channels including BBC and ITV and Sky News.

About Steve Willcocks

The owners are a family from the UK with a long connection with Spain ( from the early 1970s) the property has been in the family since it was built. Prior to 2014 it has only been for their personal use. Their agent for the rental and the point-person for you during your stay is Stephen Willcocks. His property management business in Calahonda has been operating area since 1986

under the trading name CARIBASOL.

The property combines a tranquil setting within walking distance of the beach , shops and other amenities. The main features of the house are its triple aspect living & dining area opening out to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool, plus at the front a delightful Spanish patio with fountain . The kitchen, bathrooms and hot water system were completely refurbished in late 2013.

Our Villa is very conveniently situated in a quiet area. The beach and restaurants, bars etc are just a 5-7 minute walk form the property. Marbella is Just a 15 minute Drive and Fuengirola just 10 minutes in the car. Malaga airport is just a 35 minute drive!!
