Steps away from a private beach - enjoy this newly decorated, beautiful condo. Easy location to enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer from New Seabury - the perfect Cape Cod locale.

Walk from your condo to the beach, no need to haul the kids in the car and worry about resident parking!

This condo is freshly painted, has new furnishings, wide pine floors, ceiling fans, and a brick patio in the back to relax and read a book after a sunny day at the beach. Beautiful views from your deck or kitchen table to enjoy coffee or a special dinner.

Enjoy the Popponesset Marketplace where you can eat, shop, drink, and play miniature golf. There is fine dining at Popponesset Inn and live music in the summer. New Seabury also offers trails for walking, jogging and riding you bikes, not to mention two golf courses.

Mashpee Commons is only a few minutes away by car where you can enjoy shopping at the best stores in the Upper Cape.

Why you should stay with us...: Our home is your home. We've been on the Cape for years and want everyone to fall in love with it as much as we have. Our condo is very clean, very loved and very cared for - so you know that your high standards will be met. We've just put in all new linens and new utensils... get the picture? :)

The best thing about our home is the location - while there are lots of places to stay in Maushop Village, our spot so close to the beach can't be beat. Anyone who has ever had to lug their beach chairs or make a bathroom run can tell you how important that is!

Great cottage at Maushop Village, New Seabury, Cape Cod, MA
Very clean and well furnished. Everything one needs to enjoy the Cape.
The fall is very quite and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the rear patio drinking coffee and reading. It's also a great place to walk with many trails in both Maushop Village and New Seabury.
Highly recommended.
