125 Per Night Introductory Rate Waikoloa Luxury Golf Villa

We love this condo, and we love the owner, Seth! Price can't be beaten. Communication with Seth was prompt and always pleasant. We were lucky to find him. Heard story from other people staying in same complex who booked with a property manager -- they had three different families try to check into their condo on the same day! No such problems when renting from Seth, who is organized and delightfully communicative. He makes arriving at the condo just like coming home. Condo is bright and open. Clean, clean, clean, which is so important. Beds are super comfortable. Everything you need is provided. We have never seen a condo stocked so well with kitchen amenities. Bathrooms are full of many luxurious towels! Infinity pool is very nice, temperature varied with the weather, but the jacuzzi is good and hot! Beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles are all there for guest use. Lanai view across golf course is nice and private, but condo is close to the shops and restaurants. Very quick walk to the beach at A Bay. Short drive to our other favorite beaches, 69s and Hapuna. Nice bike path around the whole complex. Petroglyph walk is right on the property! We would have stayed another week if the condo was not already booked! Seth is responsive to all your needs. We would definitely stay here again, and we will recommend the condo to our family and friends.

This was my first time renting a private condo, I was a bit nervous about it, but it was great! Seth was great from the moment I inquired about the condo to the time we left. He was great answering questions about the condo, and about Hawaii in general. The condo was clean, up to date, quiet, and had all the kitchen supplies and beach gear you will ever need. We had a conference at the Hilton, and it was about a 15 minute walk over there - easy walk during the day, but at night, the sidewalks are not lit extremely well, but it's doable. Great first experience with condo rental!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 8 days. The cleanliness and upgrades in the unit were impecable. All of the appliances were newer and in good working order. The owner's have done a good job in stocking the condo for guests and in providing tips for shopping.
In the past I have stayed at the Shores at Waikoloa and found these units to be of the same caliber.
By the time we left, we felt this unit was our home and can't wait to return for another visit!
