Central 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Comfortable First Floor Apartment

A sunny south-east facing apartment in a quiet development freshly furnished in 2014 with the city centre attractions on its doorstep. The Playhouse theatre, Omni Centre (cinemas and restaurants), St James Centre (shopping), Tourist Information Centre and Princes Street are all within a 10 minute walk.

Both bedrooms have double beds with duvets and pure cotton bedding, and benefit from fitted wardrobes and drawer storage. One bedroom has en-suite facilities with a shower cubicle. Each has a hair dryer with convenient mirror. There is a separate bathroom with a thermostatic shower over the bath.

The lounge is bright and spacious with a bay window. It has leather sofas and is equipped with a flat screen TV and Blu Ray/DVD/Audio player. The bookcase has some DVDs, CD's, books and games for your enjoyment as well as tourist information. Unlimited free WiFi is provided. Please note that the apartment is for non-smoking guests only and is not suitable for children.

There is a fully equipped dining/kitchen which comfortably seats four adults. The equipment includes a gas hob and electric fan oven with grill, fridge, microwave oven, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware should you wish to prepare more than breakfast.

A full central heating system provides heating and a plentiful supply of hot water. In addition, the lounge has a fireplace with electric fire.

The apartment is very centrally situated and a car is not necessary to enjoy all of Edinburgh's attractions. However, if you are travelling by car, there is free parking adjacent to the apartment by way of a parking permit, available on arrival.

The lift provides easy transport of your luggage to the apartment on the first floor.

Lovely Stay

We stayed here over Easter and had 4 wonderful days in Edinburgh, the apartment is clean, very spacious and has everything you need.

It is 20 yards from Leigh Walk is full of restaurants and bars, it also takes you straight to Princes street which is only a 15 min stroll.

We would stay here again and that says everything

This apartment is ideally located, within easy walking distance of the town centre but at the same time in a quiet lane that ensures a perfect night sleep. The apartment itself was spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean. There is a Tesco supermarket very close by together with restaurants and pubs. The owners agent met us on arrival, and was very friendly and helpful with directions and bus routes for attractions - there is a Bus stop less than 5 minutes away. There was also tea, milk and biscuits to greet us - a nice touch after a day travelling. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or indeed to stay again in future.

Everything was perfect

Excellent communicaion pre-arrival. Extremly kind welcome on site. Apartment was clean, pretty, with commodities like coffee, tea, one adapter for electrical outlets, hairdryer etc. Location is excellent.

10/10 would reccomend.

Arrived on the 13th and left on the 17th Feb 2015.When we arrived we were met by the manager of the flat who was very friendly and helpful ,the flat was in first class shape as one would expect, this flat is in a prime location just off Leith Walk for all you wish to do in Edinburgh such as pubs, restaurants, theatre and easily accessible by car and only 5 minutes from the train station and the tram system. I would use this flat again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

I would like to express my thanks to the owners and manager for professional and accurate details regarding this flat.

Amazing time in Edinburgh....

Anne and Tom,

Thanks for sharing your flat with us. We had a great time in Edinburgh! The apartment is close to everything and we found ourselves walking most places because it was the same travel time walking as public transit. We also took a train to Delgaty Bay to visit our friends that were getting married which was less than a half hour train ride. We were able to visit all the sights we wanted to see and were very pleased with the friendliness of the locals. We plan to come back for a visit in a few years and hope you will still be renting the flat then. Thanks again for a wonderful time. I would recommend this to any one that is interested in being comfortable and having your own space. The flat was very roomy, and convenient to everything.

Nice and clean apartment within walking distance

The apartment was nice and clean and perfect for two couples. It is situated near a lot of restaurants and within walking distance from shops and railway station. We were playing golf so the parking was very important for us. The Italian restaurants near the apartment were very good. The property manager welcomed us with shortbreads and we could make a cup of coffee before we went out shopping. The kitchen was well equipped. I will absolutely recommend the apartment to friends and if or when I come back to Edinburg I will also come back to the apartment.

Enjoy the outdoors with a walk around the Royal Botanic Garden, Inverleith Park, Princes Street Gardens or Holyrood Park, explore the village of Stockbridge with its individual shops and cafes, climb Calton Hill for a great view of Edinburgh and the River Forth, or visit the Giant Pandas - and a lot more - at Edinburgh Zoo.
