This ground floor apartment of 65 m2, with a lovely garden of about 60 m2 has a modern style interior. Both bedrooms have a view of the garden at the back. The living room flows into the kitchen and onwards to the garden, which gives an open feel of the apartment.
All in all, an ideal home for couples or couples with kids. The living room as well as the rest of the house is characterized by the warm wooden floor. This main area of the house is spacious and draws in plenty of light from outside.
Walking on through to the back the bathroom is found to the right. Accessible by two doors, the bathroom offers a toilet, sink and bath/shower in one. The central kitchen has all present day appliances built in and because of the open layout cooking and entertaining at the same time is easy.
The master bedroom is to the left of the kitchen and has, next to the wardrobe closet, also its own built-in closet space. The second bedroom is opposite the master bedroom. In addition, this bedroom has also doors which let you to the garden. When entering the garden, an elevated hardwood deck adjoins the house. A few steps down and to the left is a shed housing where you can find the washer and dryer but it also provides shelving and thus additional storage. The house has wooden flooring throughout with tiling in the bathroom.

The location is good, transportation access is excellent and the ground floor with front door on the street is great compared to many Amsterdam apartments. And the private garden is a big plus.
We came here with our baby and had a fantastic time. Lots of stores, nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Typical architecture, great to walk around. The apartment had everything you wish foe including a little garden.
Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to city center. Nice little amenities especially the bottle of wine there for our enjoyment. Cherida was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone. Made our visit to Amsterdam very enjoyable.
The house is situated in the city district known as ‘De Baarsjes’ which is popular with both young professionals and young families. Directly around the corner and within walking distance is the main shopping street of the neighbourhood with the typical Amsterdam School architecture. Here speciality shops are found as well as supermarkets. Also nearby is the Erasmus park and the Rembrandt park.
Public transport wise tram lines 7, 12, 13 and 14 but also bus lines 15, 18 and 80 service the area and connect to all main parts of the city. By bike, the Jordan is reachable within 5 minutes and the city centre within 10 minutes. By car, the ring A-10 highway is between a 5 and 10 minute drive away.
