The Carreteria DELUXE apartments are located in a prime location in the historic center. It is an old building completely restored inside, and respecting the original style in its facade. The best of these luxury apartments is their shared terrace on the top floor of the building with Jacuzzi for 8 people, hammocks and chill-out to relax or sunbathe at sunset area. 102/202/302/402 apartments are bright and spacious one bedroom apartments. It sleeps up to 4 guests in a double bed large and 1 sofa bed. It has a living room and a separate area for dining, next to the open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and kitchenware. It has two bathrooms with shower and dressing room safes. The access is included in the price. It is just 500 meters from the birthplace of Picasso in Plaza de la Merced, a five minute walk to the Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and Calle Larios, our main street. One step you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful 10 minute walk will take you directly to the port area and Malagueta Beach. The lookout Gibralfaro is 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus. The CARRETERIA DELUXE apartments are the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Málaga, both summer and winter.

About Alex&Lidia

ivin4malaga is a company which manages different apartments, all of them located right in the historical centre of Málaga (Spain). Composed of young and dynamic profesionals, our main target is to make the guest feel like home. Regarding to this purpose, we try to create unique homes in which our clients can have all the facilities for an unforgettable stay.

All our apartments have a superb location, just 500 metres from Picasso’s birthplace, 100 metres from The Alcazaba, Roman Theatre and Picasso Museum, 200 metres from the Cathedral and Larios street, only 5 minutes driving to Gibralfaro viewpoint. It´s next to several restaurants, terraces and pubs. They are all 10 minutes walking to the beach and Malaga Port.

Málaga is the city where Picasso was born. You could enjoy a piece of him at the Picasso’s Museum or Picasso’s birthplace. We have more museums than any other city in Andalucía: Learn more about Malaga through its wine at the Wine Museum, about its social history and customs from the collection of 19th-century paintings at the new Carmen Thyssen Museum, and about its local personalities, such as the painter Felix Revello del Toro. For more art and design delights, you can visit museums of Contemporary Art, Archaeology or Glass.

There are different restaurants for you to choose, from typical Spanish tapas to cuisine of the world: Japanese, Italian, Moroccan, Lebanese… You can also enjoy the night life, pubs and terraces to have a drink and get the best out our wonderful weather all the year, in summer and even in winter.
