3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Home Really Is Large And Bright, And Luxurious

Beverley House stands out from the crowd. Crisp and modern, it looms from a row of period red brick like a breath of fragrant, fresh air. Talking of which, the beauty of Barnes Common showers through each bright window in this lovely home, and you’ve no less than five balconies to help bring the outside in. High spec and spacious, nature makes way for nurture in the hugely indulgent bathrooms, with their freestanding baths, built-in speakers and steamy showers. And, while the squirrels dart below, you can take your time. The charms of Chiswick and Fulham are just an amble away.

Your hosts are a couple with two grown-up children. A property developer, he knocked down the existing 1980s home to replace it with this ultra-modern pad. They are big travellers who love to hit the pistes as much as possible.

Chic and unique

Awash with light, this home is impossible to miss. Follow the sunshine into the kitchen, where a glorious canopy of green glimmers through each large window. Smartly styled and brightly modern, you can whip up something tasty before taking your pick from balcony or a table for four. There’s another big balcony off the sitting room, as well as a deep sofa, coffee table and supremely sleek fireplace.

The double bedroom is bright with daylight, with another balcony for that communal nightcap and a high spec ensuite. Each bathroom in this home boasts its own soundsystem, so put something soothing on the playlist while you soak in the freestanding bath. You’ve another double with stunning ensuite, as well as a lovely master bedroom. In addition to its luxury king bed and large sofa, a window seat lets you gaze onto the common, while the ensuite is, of course, as lavish as they come – and laden with our White Company goodies.
