Located in the "Carré d'Or" ("Golden Square"), the most central area of Nice, 20 metres from the "Promenade des Anglais" (and therefore the beach) this apartment is ideal for those who love swimming and want to go to the beach in beachwear while staying in the heart of the city. The Negresco, Palais de la Méditerranée and the casino are only 150 metres away.

The Golden Square features the best restaurants, trendy bars and is the heart of Nice for shopping. In the Meyerbeer street you will find supermarkets, restaurants, juice bars, salad bars and many cafes.

All tourist areas of Nice are within easy walking distance (8mn from Massena Square, 10mn from the old town and 20mn from the port) but for those who want to visit the most remote areas of the city or go to Cannes, Monaco or to the countryside, Nice has an extensive public transportation network:

Lovely location, ideal for exploring the coastal area of Nice

Loved the location. We all enjoyed the apartment and the area. Gorgeous weather for our September stay and we enjoyed walks on the Promenade, day and night. Anthony, the owner, was most helpful and communicative throughout.

Excellent place to stay

We loved this apartment with its sea view. The balcony is ideally placed for a constant view from the lounge. The apartment is spacious and benefits from two full sized double beds which is rare in Nice. The kitchen is well equipped and a fully usable oven is a bonus. Separate bathrooms mean that each couple can have their own individual room which is a bonus. The living room has a full sized dining table and is spacious. Although, the apartment has the view of the sea it is not marked by noise at night to any degree. It fact you can hear some noise but not too much to get a good nights sleep. The heating and air conditioning is excellent. This apartment is a rare find as it offers so much. The Barracuda restaurant is just downstairs so if you want a drink and meal it is really useful. The owner is very communicative and answered any questions we had. We certainly would recommend this apartment.

A most beautiful apartment , well appointed with everything you would need for a lovely holiday .

The apartment is superbly situated - close to the promenade , beach and restaurants. We had a truly fantastic holiday and thanks go to Anthony who was most informative and helpful. Also to Pauline who welcomed us upon arrival and who had the apartment in spotless condition. We plan to return!

Great location-Nice price

My friends, wife, and I rented the unit as we were looking for a place to stay for 5 nights while attending the GP of Monaco. Monaco's prices, due to limited availability are through the roof and Anthony's apartment was nicely priced and just a 25 minute train ride away. The place was clean, but small, but a very nice value. This is a good place for the cost!!

Excellent apartment in convenient location.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. There was everything you needed for self catering accommodation. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Comfortable beds and good showers. Very convenient location for the Promenade des Anglais, short walk to Old Town and Promenade de Pallion.
