This wonderful penthouse offered by the Genteel-Home company, has been completely renovated and has two floors allowing to accommodate six people.

The first level is the spacious and bright living room with dining area and a double sofa bed. Next to the lounge but, independent, is placed the kitchen , equipped with all necessary kitchenware. Also in this floor is situated one of the two bedrooms, equipped with twin beds, convertible to double on request, and a full bathroom.

The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite from where you can access to a private terrace perfectly accommodated with garden furniture offering great privacy, ideal to relax.

The location of this apartment next to La Plaza Pilate makes it a wise choice to spend some unforgettable days in the beautiful Seville.

Located a walking distance from such iconic areas such as the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar, you'll be able to enjoy the best of the city without using any way of transport.

Cozy apartment with amazing terrace!

The location of this apartment is superb! It is close to the main tourist attractions, but the street is very calm and quiet, which helps when you want to be relaxed.
The apartment is very comfortable; each bedroom has its own bathroom, offering a lot of privacy. But, certainly, its highlight is its private terrace, accommodated with garden furniture. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the typical good weather of Seville. No doubt I recommend it!
