This spacious 75 sqm apartment is fully climate controlled and comes with free Wifi access.

The large living room (55 sqm) offers a superb view over the Saint-Sacerdos Church – the very heart of Sarlat. It incorporates a fully equipped open plan (American) kitchen (separated from the living area by a breakfast bar) with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher.

The living area is equipped with the latest electronics – a 117cm Smart flat-screen TV and Bose Hifi surround-sound system (with Bluetooth connection/access).

The separate bedroom comprises a 160cm queen size bed and high quality furnishings (including some antique pieces). Complemented by subtle, but effective lighting, the ambience is both warm and elegant. At a more practical level, the large built-in wardrobe allows you to store your cloths and luggage.
Extra single beds can be added on request: extra of 25 euros (per beds - including bath linen and sheets).

Finally, you will be seduced by the state of the art bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower cabinet, large vanity, WC and integrated sound system.

• Towels, sheets, hair dryer, and kitchen accessories are provided

• An ironing board with iron and a washing mashing are at your disposal

Best host & apartment in Sarlat

Just stayed with friends in both apartments which are both amazing, Marc was brilliant from the moment we arrived. Met us at the secure covered parking which was fantastic. Drove us to the door and explained everything in great detail (Marc you're English is far better than my french you did a great job!) Sarlat was a little quiet as early in the season but still a lovely place to stay. Couldn't fault the apartments/ location or hosts

Fabulous Holiday

What an amazing apartment in a perfect location. The apartment has everything you will need with high quality furnishings. The parking was excellent with a space in a inside garage just a few minutes walk away. Sarlat is beautiful and being situated right in the heart of the city was amazing. The hosts were great and extremely friendly and helpful and we were very sad to leave.

Excellent Apartment, Historic Location

A well-appointed apartment in the medieval city centre. Well insulated from the sounds of the (pedestrian) street sounds outside - although you can hear live music if you wish to open the windows. Many fine restaurants nearby. Saturday market is wonderful. Well-located for visits to surrounding area. You can park in a secure lock-up 10 minutes walk away. Throughly recommended.. The owners are very helpful and welcoming.

In the heart of everything 😍

We booked our one week stay in Sarlat around 18 months ago for a celebration trip so it was much looked forward to! Allison was lovely and helpful with any queries we had and very flexible around check in / out which was much appreciated. Parking was a short walk away and we were met with a smile and warm greeting. Our dates were Saturday- Saturday so market day, how Allison got down the narrow streets is a mystery 😂 but she did it! A slight warning, as it’s market day some roads are closed off so satnav may get confused directing you to the parking garage. The flat is beautiful and in the heart of everything, looking out you can see the market in full flow. Wonderful accommodation, the best host and the most glorious location to enjoy all the area has to offer - thank you.
