Stroll in via the Scilly walk, a stunning pedestrian coastal walk, along the waters edge, or hop in the car for a 5 minute drive to the town centre. It is conveniently located for exploring Kinsale and the surrounding areas.

The charming home conceals an immaculate and fully equipped interior within.

The living room, balcony, kitchen & utility and guest wc are all on the upper floor.

The living room enjoys panoramic sea views of Kinsale town, James Fort and the inner harbour. It features all the comforts of home, luxury 8 foot sofa, armchairs, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with Sky plus cable package and DVD player. It also includes an elegant dining area for 4/5.

The radiant warmth of a romantic wood burning marble open fireplace also offers a cosy setting here in the wintertime.

Leading on from the inviting living room, a country-style kitchen with breakfast table provides a practical setting ideal for a self-catering stay, with all the necessary appliances to hand. A separate spacious utility area also provides washing machine and tumble dryer.

The sleeping accommodation is ideal for groups of 2 - 4 and is all on the ground floor of the property.

The master bedroom features a super king-size bed with sumptuous Sealy pocket sprung mattress and premium quality cotton bedding. Mahogany bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe complement the soft floral and stripe furnishings of the room providing a romantic and tranquil sanctuary in which to relax. It also features a 19' flat screen TV with its own Sky cable package.

An equally stylish twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, is also provided on the ground floor and is perfectly furnished to accommodate adults or older children. It too features premium Sealy mattresses with quality cotton linens to ensure a relaxing nights sleep.

Both bedrooms share a ground floor bathroom, featuring a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tub with overhead shower and heated towel rail. Towels are also provided.

From the house, guests will conveniently find private parking for their car within the secure gated car park to the side of the development.

From the property guests are a short walk away from the award-winning gastropub The Bulman where a casual bar menu is available as well as local music nights. It is also home to the award-winning Toddies Restaurant. Highly recommended by Michelin it has received a Demi-star Award from Georgina Campbell as well as being noted in the Bridgestone Guides 'Top 100 Restaurants' for the last 12 years.

Toddies at The Bulman has also been awarded the 'Best of the Best - Atmospheric Restaurant of the Year' by Georgina Campbell. The Bulman is cosy and full of maritime character and charm. It's a great place to be in fine weather, when you can wander out to the seafront and sit on the sea wall or sit inside beside the roaring fire in winter.

A few minutes stroll in the opposite direction and you are at Charles Fort - one of the finest surviving examples of a 17th Century star-shaped fort, and not to be missed when visiting Kinsale.

Lovely Rental

This townhouse was lovely. It was very clean and recently painted. It was as described on the website. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. The manager responded to all of our questions very efficiently. Upon checking in, we were provided with a lovely gesture - a welcome drink at The Bulman Bar and Restaurant, which is a wonderful pub just down the road with a great atmosphere and food.
The location of the townhouse was great as it overlooked the bay and you can walk to downtown Kinsale via a walkway - Scilly walk - which takes under an hour. The fireplace is a great bonus on cold nights.
We would definitely recommend this property to our friends.
