It is a modern and newly renovated departure from 125m2.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 large bed. 60 for 2. 00 meters and spacious wardrobes

2 bedrooms bathrooms with large showers.

Has washing machine, iron, full Ajuar.

The living room consists of a sofa for 5 persons that converts into a double bed for 2 people.

Room 50m2 with 42-inch plasma TV, DvD, musical string, dining table for 6 person.

Wifi and usb connection for vido and customized music.

Small terrace overlooking the square full of restaurants.

Total 6 people to sleep.

Full kitchen including llavavajilla, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

The deviation in the Pueblo Andaluz neighborhood meeting. It's a neighborhood without cars, single viviendadas and the area is completely pedestrianized.

Reinforced door pricipal and maximum security.

No lift but the apartment is on the first floor.

Cleaning fee is a week 40.-euros

Hello my name is Cor and I'm Dutch. I live for more than 35 years en Torremolinos, Spain. I have with my partner Miguel Angel a nice Beach Restaurant named La Moraga en Los Alamos beaches.

The apartment is in the centre of Torremolinos and it is a quiet place. The neighbourhood is tipacaly Andalucian with all white apartments and there now cars or motors allowed. It is all pedestrian. They call it 'Pueblo Blanco' Small white Village.
