Sleeps 12 plus 2 babies in 3 twin rooms and 3 large double bedrooms.An enormous house with splendid views which can be used as a retreat for friends and family to escape and unwind or a tremendous opportunity to take full advantage of what Cornwall has to offer from a central location. The house is 3 miles from the south coast beaches and 13 miles from the nearest north coast beach at Newquay. Just a short walk from St Austell town centre with its bowling alley shops pubs restaurants and cinema.

This massive house with its extensive views over the countryside has 3 generously-sized double bedrooms and 3 cosy twin bedrooms all with comfortable beds. One of the twin rooms is on the ground floor with a toilet and washbasin next door. All the sizeable double bedrooms are capable of taking a travel cot, which is provided and included in the rental cost, as is the baby high chair.

The house has generous living space for 12 people + 2 babies with extensive views over the countryside and set within mature and attractive private gardens. Originally the family home of its owners, Edens Horizon has been completely renovated, and has panoramic views from all the south facing rooms over the countryside and town of St Austell. Families and friends groups and reunions can enjoy the feeling of complete seclusion, yet with the knowledge that the market town of St Austell is within walking distance, with the shopping facilities of White River Place 1 mile away.

The living spaces on the ground floor are mainly solid oak floors with rugs. Both sets of stairs and all the bedrooms are carpeted. The house is fitted and decorated to a high standard, has central heating with a gas log effect fire in the living room. The kitchens are well equipped with a large variety of cooking utensils.

The beautiful and famous Charlestown harbour and its fantastic restaurants and pubs is a short drive away or accessible by bus from the end of the road. Other destinations by bus or car journeys include the Wheal Martyn Heritage centre and fantastic Clay cycle trail, the world famous Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the masses of beaches and beach cafes within St Austell bay and further afield.

There is ample room for parking 3 cars in the drive, and a garage for storage. A Traditional Cornish cream tea or Breakfast pack with a basic welcome pack is included in the cost . Larger grocery deliveries arranged at time of booking with the owner, and put away for you free of charge.

Walkers are especially welcomed, and a qualified guide is available for 3 levels of walks, easy medium and hard.
