Edens Horizon is a spacious and luxurious holiday retreat for friends and family to escape and unwind. The house sleeps 12, has a private drive for parking, and large mature gardens, often enjoyed by gardeners. The airy accommodation includes 2 open plan kitchens and a downstairs bedroom. It is ideally located within easy reach of the town centre, beaches and golf courses. Popular with families, great days out include Newquay Zoo, Lost Gardens of Heligan and the famous Eden Project.

Originally the family home of its owners, Edens Horizon has been completely renovated, offering generously-sized rooms,with comfortable beds, all set within mature and attractive private gardens.Panoramic views from all the south facing rooms over the fields and town of St Austell. Guests can enjoy the feeling of complete seclusion, yet with the knowledge that the market town of St Austell is within walking distance, with the shopping facilities of White River Place 1 mile away, and the beautiful and famous Charlestown harbour and its fantastic restaurants and pubs nearby. Short bus or car journeys to the Wheal Martyn Heritage centre and clay cycle trail, the world famous Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beach es and beach cafes within St Austell bay. Parking in the drive for 3 cars. Traditional Cornish cream tea on arrival.

Edens Horizon benefits from a large driveway, with room for three cars.

We want you to feel welcome at Edens Horizon so upon arrival you will find a welcome pack including milk,tea, coffee, sugar, with either breakfast cereal butter, jam and bread. or scones, jam and clotted cream

You will also receive a starter pack of toilet rolls,shampoo, washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags and cleaning agent.

Central heating with gas and solar panels is included.

2 teatowels and oven gloves are provided in each kitchen for use during your stay.

All bedrooms have storage drawers and hanging spaces, full length mirrors and radiators in every room. All double rooms have space for a travel cot (which we can provide upon request, as we can a high chair)

Further Details:

St Austell has all the usual facilities that you would expect of a small market town, including ATMs for all the major banks. Asda and Tesco both have major branches on the outskirts of the town and there is a Co-Op within walking distance of Eden's Horizon.

The information pack at Eden's Horizon includes details of all the shops as well as pubs and restaurants we recommend in the surrounding villages and on the beaches

Booking Notes:

We ask for a £200 returnable deposit when booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

For any 2 night stay on a Friday, or a 3 night stay starting on a Thursday, guests can benefit from a late departure time on Sunday of 6pm, at no extra charge.

Any second week has a 30% discount when booked consecutively with the first week.
