We have just completed the construction of a pool where you will enjoy spending your days relaxing at Belize Island Beach House.

TIKI BAR DINING AREA ON THE TOP VERANDA!! We have opened up the top veranda for spectacular views of the Caribbean!

We have gone the extra mile in our home to preserve the natural Caribbean Feel with Thatch Roofs, Belizean Mahogany Furniture and a wonderful 200' Pier with a Thatch Roof Hideout at the end to relax and enjoy the Caribbean Breezes. Our beautifully landscaped, very private estate, includes your own private of white sand beach sitting right on the Caribbean Sea!!!

Our home is set up perfectly for large or small groups, this rental includes the 'main house only' with groups of up to 8. The Main House has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths Kitchen and Dining area and a large Covered Tiled Front Veranda and also a 30x30 rooftop Veranda for some R&R overlooking the beauty of the ocean.

Our home is located on a beautiful part of the island. Just a few steps down the beach are full service resorts where you can rent kayaks for exploring or fishing in the reef or enjoy a wonderfully prepared meal beach side.

Upon your arrival, our local manager will greet your party at the San Pedro airstrip, take you shopping, if you wish and then arrange transportation for you and your party via water taxi to one of the nicest houses on the island, The Belize Island Beach House. There, you will enjoy the beautiful Caribbean life in your own private home that is fully furnished.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private veranda and watch the sunrise, or view the beautiful sunset from the 900 square foot rooftop terrace with its own thatch palapa. Maybe a romantic bar-b-que of fresh caught snapper or lobster on the beach is your idea of a great way to end the day.

To stay connected to family or the office the Belize Island Beach House offers WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Bring the lap top and check in at home.

Our manager can set you up with golf cart rentals and make recommendations anything else you may desire, including diving, fishing, snorkeling, mainland tours or any of the terrific day spa's on the island. The Belize Island Beach House is within walking distance of several of the island’s top restaurants. If you have more questions, please call us.

For an additional $250/night for larger groups you can add the Beach Casita, which is conveniently located next door, which includes two bedrooms and a bathroom and extra living space! Beautiful Belize

The property is beautiful! It is quiet and peaceful, right on the blue water and the beach. The cabana on the dock and the pool are wonderful spots to relax. My friends said that the reality actually exceeded the photos.

A hidden gem

This amazing property is about six miles north of San Pedro. Luscious palm trees and other tropical plants surround the property so that you are unaware of any neighbors who might be next door. The private infinity pool is inviting and the water is at the perfect temperature. Mary from Caye Management was incredible to deal with, responding to every email in a timely manner and immediately taking care of replacing any items missing from the house. She arranged for our transportation to and from the airport, set up a fishing excursion and beachside lobster barbecue, and had a golf cart waiting for us when we arrived at the house. There are some incredible restaurants within walking distance of the house, so there is no need to go into San Pedro if you don't want to. All in all, it was an incredible experience - one that our group will never forget.

Great Vacation House on Ambergris Caye!

We had a great time at this property. We had a group of 11 people (adults and teens) and rented the main house and the casita. The property was great! The live-in caretaker (Sergio and his wife) and the property manager (Trish) were responsive to anything we needed. The location is great, and if you are divers, you can have the dive boat pick you up on the house's private dock.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time. Sergio and Stanley took good care of us. The island provided many opportunities for fun. Fishing, snorkeling, visiting the secret beach, eating at nearby restaurants, and more. A golf cart is a must! We would come back in a heartbeat.

This is our Family, we purchase this home after looking all over the Caribbean for a Retirement home and somewhere to take our family to get away, Candace and I fell in love with Belize, the people, the culture and the laid back beauty of Ambergris Caye We are a family of 6 and love the fishing, snorkeling, walking the beach, and relaxing in the sun. We love to just hang out on the Pier enjoy the Caribbean!

We looked all over the Caribbean and then WE FOUND BELIZE, we love the people and beauty of the island, and the laid back atmosphere of Belize, We are so busy in our regular life and we go to our home in Belize to get away from the cell phone, busy schedules of our life. We checked out many Caribbean Countries but found Belize to be our favorite. We love the beauty and people

INFINITY POOL!!! Right on the Caribbean !!!
We went the extra mile on our home to make sure it kept the tropical feel. When you are on the beach front and on an island you want out door living space!!! You can dine outdoors on the front veranda with the Caribbean our TIKI BAR Dining area with and thatch palapa on the top veranda has breathtaking views, and the thatch get away at the end of the pier. We used Belize Mahogany for our trim and furniture you will appreciate the hand crafted Belizian hardwoods throughout our home!. The floors are all tiled and our house is decorated to preserve the true Island Feel. We are not just a concrete box on the beach. Our house feels like the Caribbean!! Come and Relax!!
