Emerald Beach Resort is Panama City Beach's ultimate beachfront vacation destination!

Relax in our condo with beautiful furnishings. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, GE appliances, separate dining area, breakfast bar, and laundry area with washer and dryer. The condo has recently been painted. It includes a new 32in HD flat screen TV and opens to a fully furnished balcony with breathtaking beachfront views from our 11th floor.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and second HD flat screen TV. The bunk area sleeps two additional guests and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area also sleeps two.

Top class amenities include beachfront HEATED pool, hot tub, tiki bar next to the beachfront pool, where you can order your favorite drink, and free high speed internet access. The pool is heated seasonally. The Floridita Pool is Awesome! Located next to the parking garage, this pool is child friendly with shallow, zero entry and also heated for adults. Enjoy a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee which is located on the garage side, bottom floor. In Florida's largest crosswalk, is the Sky Bar. While in the Sky Bar, watch TV, enjoy karaoke, or play trivia! Next to the Sky Bar is an onsite ice cream shop and small package store.

This unit is on the 11th floor and has an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolpins and parasailers or just relax after dinner on the balcony and enjoy the sunset!

Beach Condo

Very nice condo in a resort right on the beach. Clean, great communication with the owner and well-furnished. An awesome resort from which to base your Panama City Beach experience. Thanks for sharing this home.

A blast!

We had a great time. The condo was well stocked and had an amazing view. We went on a fishing charter and had all of the pots and pans and tools that we needed to enjoy our catch. The condo is on a great stretch of beach and both pools were nice. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Thomas donuts one morning, and also walked to Runaway Island for dinner. The sky lounge was a fun hangout for the husband and me. We had such a nice time that we reached out to Andrea for an extra night and she helped us right away. Thanks again!

Perfect!

Everything was great! Beautiful condo and excellent communication with Andrea. We even decided last minute to stay an extra day, and there were no issues with Andrea making that happen. Excellent location as well.

Excellent trip

This was a spacious and well decorated unit. We really enjoyed the week and the bonus items (beach chairs, boogie boards). The property owner provided details on the stay well in advance which made the checkin process so easy. Everything was in the unit in advance. I would highly recommend this unit and owner.
