This unique villa is located on the outskirts of Mandria within a 10 minute drive to the village, restaurants and local amenities. The town of Paphos is located within a 15 minute drive where you will find further shops, bars, restaurants, banks, entertainment and places of interest. The organised beach of Mandria is located 2.3 kilometres away just a short drive from the Villa.

The small idyllic village of Mandria is located only 5 minutes drive from the main motorway that has access to both Paphos and Limassol. Paphos Airport is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive of the villa.

The village of Mandria offers a taste of the local village life with its enchanting tavernas, coffee shops and restaurants. The health and fitness spa, Aphrodite Sands Spa is located in the village of Mandria. The Spa offers exceptional health and beauty treatments including fitness room / gym with state of the art equipment, sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, showers, air conditioned studio space and a selection of beauty treatments for both men and women.

In the nearby village of Kouklia which was built on the ruins of “Paliapafos”, you will find one of the most important ancient kingdoms in Cyprus. Today palm trees mark the entrance to the main street which leads to the village square where the church of the Apostle and Evangelist Luke stands. A handful of coffee shops and Cypriot taverns serve traditional Cypriot dishes in the popular meze style. Citrus fruits, avocados, apricot, kiwis, olives, legumes, peanuts and a large variety of vegetables are cultivated on the fertile land that surrounds the village.

Within a 20 minute drive you will reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.

At the heart of the hillside village of Pissouri (4 kms inland from the bay) is the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.

A 10 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area. On entering Paphos on the coastal road you will find ‘Geroskipou' which is convenient for banks, bakeries and local convenience stores.

Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Pafos on the cliff, is the main administrative centre and residential district and Kato Pafos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.
