This tastefully furnished and modern three bedroom villa is located close to the sea and within a 15 minute walk to a range of amenities.

The villa is spacious, well arranged and offers a high standard of accommodation.

Upon entering you will find the air-conditioned living/dining area which is comfortably furnished and offers lounge seating for 8 guests around the usable fireplace. This area opens onto the pool patio through large sliding doors.

For entertainment the living area offers a TV with satellite system, a DVD player with DVD collection, Sony PlayStation 2 with games collection, CD player and a radio.

The villa offers wireless internet connection.

The dining area features an elegant table with 8 seats and opens onto the exterior grounds through sliding doors.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, 4 ring hob, extractor hood, multifunctional coffee maker machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

A utility cupboard is adjacently located where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On this floor you will also find the first bedroom of the villa. This is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room.

Moving to the first floor you will find a spacious balcony where views of the pool and garden can be enjoyed.

On the first floor are also located the remaining 2 bedrooms.The master bedroom is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

There is a further twin bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the pool area.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your complete comfort all year round (please see rental rates). Two hairdryers and a safety deposit box are also provided.

Outside, the 10m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terrace equipped with 6 sunbeds. For you to truly experience the joy of al fresco dining under the wooden pergola, a barbecue area offers a portable barbecue, table and chairs under an olive tree.

The comfortable soft lounge seating allows you to enjoy the shade with a relaxed drink next to the pool area.

Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.

There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 30 minutes drive.

Chloraka is situated approximately midway between Coral Bay and Paphos. The beach resort of Coral Bay is approximately 7km away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 5km away. The blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea lap the rugged Chloraka coastline which overlooks the shipwreck - a well known local landmark.

A mini-market, a restaurant and a bar are located within a 15 minute walk from the villa. Further to this, a bus service is available within walking distance.

Adjacently to the development on which the villa is located is a pathway leading down to the beach.

Loosely separated into two communities, the coastal area of Chloraka features several hotels and apartment complexes and a growing and varied selection of eating places.

Set approximately 2km inland is the original village centre which these days combines both traditional and modern aspects of Cyprus living. The village features a traditional taverna offering the famous Cypriot meze style of dining, a couple of takeaways and international restaurants and a large supermarket.

With the border between Chloraka and the neighbouring village of Kissonerga being virtually indistinguishable, the sandy cove of Vardas Beach which is approximately 3km away is great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Heading back towards Paphos you come across Pharos (Lighthouse) beach a stretch of sand and shingle awarded with a blue flag. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, a snack bar provides refreshments and for the more energetic there is a beach volleyball court.

Although car hire is highly recommended for all our villas to help you make the most of your stay, there is a local bus service that connects Chloraka with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay.

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.

Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
