Lovely 2 Bed / 2 Bath Ground Floor Apartment Surrounded by Mature Gardens

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. Guest bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Bedding is provided and beds are fully made up for you upon arrival.

Bathrooms:

Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom in creamy marble.

Guests bathroom is fully marbled. Both bathrooms have white fittings.

All bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels

Kitchen:

Fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc. Door leading off to small terrace area overlooking gardens and the golf course beyond.

Living Rooms:

Comfortable lounge with fire and new 32” tv with sky, and music system. The Dining area has a beautiful dining table and seating for six This is a corner apartment so this room is filled with light. Air-conditioning/heating.

Other:

From the lounge the doors open onto a sun protected terrace with a table and chairs for 4.

There is also access to the terrace from both bedroom.

Gated community and private parking area.

The pool has sun beds and parasols. There are also toilet and a seated area close to the pool

Fantastic time in Puerto Banus

This is a quick email to tell you how happy we are in your apartment.

Everything about is lovely! It is very comfortable, modern and yet cosy. Home away from home really.

We specially love your complex, set amongst pine trees. Keeping the Andalusian heat at bay!

We like the flat, it is quiet whilst at the same time a stone throw from vibrant Marbella and glamourous Puerto Banus. We found Marbella dinning experience much cheaper than Puerto Banus's. we love the yachts at Puerto Banus! Same glamour as it was 25 years ago!

We went to the barbecue at the club. What a gourmet experience! Best Spanish meal around and that is coming from a Spaniard!

Puerto Banus amazing getaway

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all we needed for our girly long weekend. The location was perfect as we were close to the beach. Nice quiet location, with a nice choice of two swimming pools, a lovely balcony to sunbathe or dine on. Puerto Banus was a short drive from the apt which was the perfect spot for evening dining and daytime shopping. There was four of us, so the size of the apt was perfect with two bathrooms.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to both families or couples or girls getaways!!!

Great stay in Costa Golf

We stayed for one week in this property near Puerto Banus to get a holiday with pool and golf, restaurants and supermarket nearby, where we could drive around in the area and go see things or go to the beach. We had an amazing time and the appartment was great and so functional with everything we needed from laundry machine, to microwave and oven etc all very neat and clean and fresch - absolutely recommend this to my friends, I believe its one of the nicest areas in Costa del Sol/ golf to stay in
