On Sandbanks beach, sleeps six (2 twin bedrooms and sofa-bed), superb sea views

Our wonderful apartment is available for holiday let.

A truly unique location with superb views over Poole Bay and the Purbecks on the one side and Poole Harbour on the other. The apartment has direct private access onto one of the finest Blue Flag beaches in England with its miles of fine white sand. Also, direct access to Poole Harbour with Evening Hill being one of the best, and safest, windsurfing and kite-surfing waters in the UK (nb the apartment has a single garage, less than 50 metres from the water's edge, for storage of beach and sailing kit!).

It is an ideal base for a UK seaside holiday, all water sports, fantastic coastal walks and for exploring all that the Purbecks, Dorset and the Jurassic coast has to offer.

Bournemouth and Poole town centres are approximately four miles away with excellent restaurants, shops, family entertainments and nightlife.

Many of our favourite restaurants are only a short walk down the beach!

The apartment sleeps six, with two twin bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the harbour facing sitting-room. It is fully furnished with fitted carpets, double glazing and central heating. Ensuite bathroom and loo to one bedroom. Separate loo and shower-room.

Located on the second floor, serviced by lift and central stairs.

On the sunny side of the building (South and West), enjoying superb sunrises (seaside) and sunsets (harbour side).
