The first floor, facing the beach and the sea, is bright and has a large terrace (10-sq.m.), two well laid out rooms, and is fully renovated and refurbished in 2014. Nearby, you will find shops and restaurants; the city centre is 5-minutes away by foot. Air conditioning and heating are available. The entrance has a large cupboard/wardrobe. The living room opens onto the terrace with a new sofa bed (140cm), excellent bedding, flat screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and phone, an extensible table and shelves. One bedroom with terrace access and sea view, 140 cm folding bed to have more space during the day, flat screen TV, and foldaway table. Fitted kitchen with oven, induction hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dinnerware and new kitchen appliances, large storage spaces. The bathroom offers a shower, and separate WC. Terrace with table, chairs, armchairs, and electric shutter. A personalised welcome, bed and bathroom linen are included. Minimum stay of 7 days. Avoid the traffic jam and book from Sunday to Sunday.

Lovely apartment and very well equipped. Owner very nice and helpful and accommodated our arrival and departure at very early hours of the day. Apartment right on seafront with lovely large balcony for sitting or having meals. Very quiet at night with no noise disturbance. Beach is across the road and numerous lovely restaurants within a hundred metres. Free parking in front of apartment but also garage in basement if needed. No hesitation in recommending this apartment. John, Ireland.

SUPER LOCATION

Tout confort pour un séjour relax. Jolie déco faite avec goût. Revoir le fonctionnement de la box, mais il y a bien d autres choses à faire que de regarder la télé qui fonctionne très bien par son antenne. Coup d œil permanent sur la mer. On adore

Impeccable

Nous avons adoré ce magnifique appartement, très bien situé, juste en face de la plage, environ 10 minutes à pied du centre de Cavalaire. (Très jolie station balnéaire) Très propre, très fonctionnel, agréable, super et grande terrasse, on y mange avec une magnifique vue sur les plages. La propriétaire a pensé à absolument tout, comme si on était à la maison chez soi. Je passe énormément de détail, car je pourrais écrire de longues lignes, sur la qualité de ce séjour vraiment parfait. Afin, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, merci.
