Recently opened (April 2011) thiswonderful apartment is truly theideal base to discover the beautifulwalled city of Cádiz with its miles ofgolden, clean city beaches, shadedplazas set in a time gone by. Cádizis a secret waiting for beingdiscovered for the most discerningtourist. A nice and bright house in one ofthe most important streets of Cádiz.Columela is one of the mostprominent pedestrianised shoppingstreet in the capital and due to suchis very quiet at night time due to thelack of vehicle noise. For further information, our property is located on the 4th floor with no lift. It has a gorgeous location in the city center, fewer than 10 minutes within walking distance from the main tourist attractions, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Taxi rank and urban bus 5 minutes and railway station 10 minutes.There is a public fully manned 24 hrs car park 5 minutes from the property. Alternatively free on road parking can be found within a few minutes walk of the apartment. You can walk all over Cadiz from here. Everywhere is within a 10 minute walk - train station, cathedral, the port, the beach, all of the museums and sights. And there are bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Cadiz is very easy to get around and this apartment is right in the centre, making it very convenient for everywhere. There are a couple of small supermarkets very close by, where you can buy anything you need. We do not have aircon in the apartment but in spring and summer, the apartment always maintains a circulation of fresh air by being on the 4th floor and benefiting from a breeze through the apartment by opening windows. In the winter months, portable halogen electrical heaters are available to provide heating. We don't have WIFI. This is a lovely, bright studio apartment located on the 4th floor with no lift. It comprises an open plan lounge with dining and sleeping area, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a bathroom. The apartment has a roof terrace with a barbecue area, it is fully furnished and beautifully presented.
