The House Is A 120m2 Property With 3 Double Bedrooms, And 4 Bathrooms

Family home available for rent. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Both guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The property enjoys a communal garden maintained by professional gardeners.

The property is a family home, and not a holiday home. As such it has a fully equipped kitchen.

The house has no direct road access, and so is very safe for children. Plenty of free parking in the neighbourhood.

I am a retired professional engineer. I rent out my house during the months when I visit my family overseas.

I have two cats and a dog, which will NOT be in the house during the rental period.

We clean the house thoroughly before we rent it out, but we cannot gaurantee that some hairs might not be present.

If you are alergic to animals, it is advisable NOT to book.

The house is a genuine family home, very close to the beach, and yet very safe for children.

I chose this location because, whilst it is very close to a sizeable town, with all the shops and amenities available, it has a very rural feeling to it.

The location is quite with very friendly neighbours. Access to the motorway is 50 mtrs away enabling access to all parts of the Malaga province.

The house is 5 kms from the Canuto canyon, spectacular geological feature, which also has eagle nests in season. The Roman Oasis, original Roman natural spring bath with therapeutic mud for skin treatment, all available free.

Beautiful rural walks in the mountain, gentle beach walks and tough mountain tracks all available. In Roman times the spa of la Hedionda, located on the road to Manilva, was already well known, and this is where Julius Caesar supposedly was cured of a liver complaint, thanks to the sulphuric waters that still pour out of the local spring. For this reason that during the Roman Empire, Casares was allowed by emperors to mint its own coins.

Sabinillas is 10 mins walk from the house. There are numerous English and Irish pubs.

Great night life is a short distance away at the Duquesa port,

Horse riding is available, 3 kms from the house.

There are 4 golf courses within 5 mins of the house, including the first class course of Finca Cortesin.

A green bowling course is within 15 mins drive.

There are numerous bridge clubs; you can play bridge everyday, if you so wish.

Sabinillas with its famous Sunday flea market, is next door.

Manilva is famous for it's sweet Moscato wine, with it's folklore wine crushing festival in summer.

Casares town, one of the white villages, nested high up in the hills is 15 kms away. Casares is birthplace of the father of Andalusian nationalism, Blas Infante Perez de Vargas,

Two hours drive is the world famous Alhambra, a Moorish citadel and palace, in Granada.

Cádiz, the oldest continuously-inhabited city in Spain and one of the oldest in southwestern Europe is only 2 hours drive.

Seville, with its Its Old Town, the third largest in Europe with an area of 4 square kilometres (2 sq mi), contains three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Alcázar palace complex, the Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies is 2 1/2 hours drive.

Córdoba, which in the 10th century was the most populous city in the world, and under the rule of Caliph Al Hakam II it had also become a centre for education under its Islamic rulers is 2 1/2 hours away.

The province of Jaén is one of the larger producers of olive oil in the world. It produces around 60% of all Spanish production is 3 hours away. Cazorla, the jewel of Andalusian natural parks is located in Jaen.
