Spacious rural house at just 2km from the Port of Pollensa and the sea

The house is located in one of the most privileged spots of the island: the bay of Pollensa, where sea and mountain join to make a fantastic landscape. The house is located in one of the most lovely and calm places of the Port of Pollença, the Llenaire neighbourhood, in the countryside, at less than 2Km (ca. 1.2 miles) from the beach. The surface of the house is 260m2 (about 2800 Sq.Ft.), with a large garden of 1000m2 (10700 Sq. Ft). The house has several terraces, private pool, and bbq. Up to ten/eleven adults can stay at the house, plus babies. It is equipped with all kind of comforts and amenities including air conditioning and heating, Internet (WIFI), Satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, two ovens (electric and firewood oven), and bbq. The location of the house allows to enjoy the beauty of the sea and the mountains while having at hand all the advantages and facilities of a town near the sea shore like restaurants and coffee bars, shops and supermarkets, banks, car and boat rentals, public transportation, medical doctors and chemist’s shops, etc. all of them at less than 2Km.

Electricity, water, air conditioning/heating, as well as WIFI (internet) are included in the price. The final cleaning is also included in the price. In addition a cleaning service is included: each half week we will replace the towels, and each week we will change the bedding. Each week we will also do a cleaning of the house. Towels for the beach/swimming-pool are also included. All these servicies are included in the price, so there are no extra costs.

Excellent property

6 of us stayed at this lovely house in early April whilst on a cycling trip. It is very well situated, just a few minutes outside of Pollenca, and is very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay, and was immaculately clean throughout. The booking process with the owners was easy and they helped to make our stay very enjoyable. The garden was spacious with the pool, table tennis and bbq area making it a perfect place to stay.

All in all, an excellent property and I will definitely be back.

Excellent property

We stayed at this house for 5 days in April 2015. We were here for the cycling and it proved an excellent base to do so. The house itself was spacious, well equipped and perfect for our needs. It has everything you could ask for. The location is about a mile and a half outside of Porto Pollensa, but as we also had cars, it was not an issue. The pool faces south west so catches the late afternoon sunshine which was perfect after a day cycling. We couldn't fault the house and would definitely return. love dit. Thanks!

Lovely!

We spent 1 week in this lovely countryhouse in Pollenca.

The house was really nice, clean and even more spacious than on the pictures.

The owners of the house are wonderful.

There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Outside there is a nice pool and sunbeds, ping-pongtable and diningtable on three sides of the house and a nice outdoorkitchen.

Spacious garden where the children can play.

We recommend car during the stay. It is 2,5 km from the house to the beach and supermarket.

Port Pollenca is a really nice beach and boardwalk with a lots of restaurants and shops.

This house exceeded our expectations and we will return!

wonderful house & garden, great landlord

We spent a wonderful time in this spacious and beautiful house. We went with two small kids and a teenager and we didn’t use the other 3 bedrooms. The Family who rents the house is wonderful, so helpful, great people and immediately there if you should need them. They live not far, in Pollensa. We didn’t miss anything, we even got a blender to make Babyfood and another hight chair and an extra cot. It is ideal for families, for friends, big families whoever. It has a big table in the eatingroom and another big table in the room next to the kitchen, so another eatingroom. The kitchen is great and has everything we needed (and we love to cook!) The hous is very practically and good equipped. The Suite in the upper floor is spacious. It has 4 bathrooms. In each sleeping room it has aircondition to cool down and to heat. In the eatingroom it has an oven to make fire and a fireplace in the living room, which we enjoyed very much. In the house was a good atmosphere. The service was great, we got towels changed twice a week and once a week two women cleaned and changed the bed. The laundry machine and all the other equipment was perfectly functionning. We had a new tv and wifi, also in the suite great connection. The pool and the garden were cared of very good. The villa is 10 Car-Minutes from Pollensa away, a charming small authentic town with nice Shops, Cafés and a beautiful Market on Sunday. The Church is beautiful and there is so much to do in this beautiful Area. The Mountains are close, you can even see them from the house. In 10 Car-Minutes you reach Puerto Pollensa with its big beach. Close you find lots of beautful bays, the cape, monasteries… A very charming Area on this beautiful island. It is quiet, no big street close, just a private little street to the house. Some hundred meters away there are 2 neighbourhouses which you don’t see when you sit in the garden. Just green and mediteran vegetation. I just reccomend, i have no complaints, we enjoyed it very much and we didn’t miss anything. Thank you!

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus! Große Küche, großzügiger Wohnbereich, passender Esstisch. Gemütlicher Aufenthalt am Kamin. Wunderbar die verschiedenen Terrassen: Eine für den Morgen, eine am Pool, eine Dritte für das Grillen abends. Überhaupt: Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, die Seiten mit dem weniger schönen Ausblick sind mit Matten verhängt. Einfach grandios ist die Suite im Obergeschoss.

Aber: Zwei der Schlafzimmer bieten gerade mal Platz für die Betten. Dort können keine Erwachsenen rein! Insgesamt müsste dringend im Sanitärbereich investiert werden: Klos wackeln, Spülung versagt. Die Elektrik zeigt merkwürdige Ausfälle. Wenn die Klimaanlage läuft, kann der Backofen nicht benutzt werden. Alles kein Beinbruch, aber eben ärgerlich!

Es ist klar, dass die Küchen unterschiedliche Nationalitäten sich in der Ausstattung nur schwer vergleichen lassen. Allerdings sollte ein Haus dieser Größe eine Kaffeemaschine von beträchtlicher Kapazität besitzen. Die vorhandene Maschine mag für vier Personen gut ausreichen - für acht reicht es nicht. Das ganze Haus verfügt über kein einziges Küchenmesser, mit dem man wirklich schneiden kann, und - erheblich bedeutsamer - über kein Brett, auf dem geschnitten werden könnte.

Sehr hilfreich wäre es auch, genau die Gerätschaften vorzufinden, die notwendig sind, um zwischendurch selber einmal sauber zu machen. Bei kleinen Kindern muss immer mal gesaugt werden. Der Grill braucht Schaufel und Drahtbürste und und und.

Den überaus freundlichen, stets bemühten und hilfsbereiten Wirtsleuten sei gewünscht, dass sie diese relativ kleinen Mängel flugs abstellen. Es dürfte nicht schwer sein. Wir haben uns mit acht Erwachsenen und vier kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Allein: Für eine perfekte Bewertung reicht es nicht.

Owner's Response: We thank the guests for their feedback and we will check the facilites to be sure they work properly. It is the first time some guest complains about the electrical system: we have a trifasic 14KW power counter which so far has been always more than enough to supply enough power to the house, all motors and electrical appliances. Nonetheless, we will let it being checked just in case there is something faulty. In reference to the coffee machine, the jar of the machine is about 1L of capacity, but we will put a second coffe machine just to prevent any complain. In reference to the knives we will check them again, but as in any beginning of the season we bring always the very big knives (4+1 for Serrano Ham) to the shapener, so we cannot really underdand what happened. In any case, we always encourage guests to call us immediately if something is defective or not to up the best standards and needs to be fixed. We always strive to make the stay of our guests as pleasant and comfortable as possible. In reference to the rooms, as pictures show there are big rooms, and one of them, the upper one smaller, though still quite comfortable. So far, nobody has complained about the size of the rooms. Unfortunatelly, this is the only request that we cannot fix in a short term without doing some building reforms. We thank again the guest for his/her valuable comment and we take note of they comments and suggestions in order to improve our service. We are really commited with our guests.

Perfekt!

Wir waren Anfang August für zwei Wochen in dieser Finca. In der ersten Woche mit 10 Personen und in der zweiten Woche zu siebt. Alles war wie vorab beschrieben, auch die Bewertungen waren zutreffend. Die Lage ist natürlich hervorragend, ohne Auto allerdings schwierig. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter ist vorbildlich aber auch nicht aufdringlich. Negatives gibt es nichts. Danke!!!

Pollença municipality offers to the tourist both sea and mountain, the ideal combination for those who want to relax while enjoying nature. It is also an ideal place for people interested in cycling, sailing or diving. The town of Pollensa is just at six kilometers (less than four miles) from the Port. Pollença is located in the Tramuntana range near the sea. This combination creates a set of very beautiful beaches and landscapes worh to be contemplated. Pollença is a village full of tradition and culture, with genuine festivities like the processions at Easter, the “Moors and Christians” and the “Patrona” (from 27 Jul to 2 Aug). All Sunday mornings there are a local market that takes place in the main square. In addition to several permanent art galleries located in Pollensa, the cultural offer is wide and variate. A special mention must be done to the Pollença festival of music which brings each week during the summer famous orchestras, bands and soloists from all over the world.
