A beautiful 5 bedroom house (2 en-suite) within an easy walk of Croyde amenities & beach with large sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen & large, south facing, enclosed garden with decking. Ample parking.

This lovely 5 bedroom modern property has been built to a very high Scandinavian specification with large and bright triple glazed windows, underfloor heating and quality fittings and equipment. It is located just a short walk from the amenities of Croyde and the lovely sandy, surfing beach. To the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom and stairs to first floor. The large triple aspect sitting room with french doors leading to the south facing gardens provide a great area for all the family to congregate. Large 3D Smart TV with full Sky package (including movies & sport) and Blu-ray player, unlimited WiFi. Games & books are also available for those rainy days. The separate dual aspect dining room provides seating for 10 with French doors which also lead onto the terrace. The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with large oven and ceramic eletrical hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and a good range of equipment. The separate utility room with washer/dryer, is accessed from both the driveway and the side of the property enabling easy access straight through to the garden to hose off wetsuits etc. There is also a downstairs twin bedroom with separate WC and basin.To the first floor there are four further bedrooms, two of which have views over Croyde, the sand dunes and then to the sea. The master has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with hand held shower attachment. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room. There is a further double and a twin bedroom plus family bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a large, south facing, enclosed garden with terrace and lower decking area. There is also a summer house with outdoor table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining and BBQ provided. Ample driveway parking for 4 vehicles with double garage for easy storage of surf boards, bikes and kayaks etc.
