A very stylish modern property with open plan kitchen/dining/living room with beautifully fitted kitchen, french doors leading out onto decked area for outside entertaining and comfortable seating to the sitting room with large flat screen television.To the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room. Travetine stairs with LED lights lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with views overlooking Croyde towards Baggy Point and the sea. The master bedroom also has lovely views to Baggy Point and benefits from a dressing room with ample storage and contemporary en-suite shower room. There is also a fourth bedroom which is arranged as a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has both separate shower and bath with attractive LED lighting. Outside there is driveway parking for one car and unrestricted on street parking to the front of the property, garage for secure storage of bikes/boards and wetsuits with access to wet room and wetsuit drying room which is also accessible from the rear garden.There is wi-fi available together with dvd player, Sky and an ipod dock! All the home comforts.
