Accommodation has recently been refurbished and decorated to a high standard in contemporary style and is well equipped, including double glazing and gas central heating throughout. Three bedrooms - good sized attractive ground floor double with garden views. First floor bunk bedded and attractive twin bedded room. Excellent ground floor fully tiled bathroom/wc with shower attachment. Spacious, attractive and very comfortably furnished open plan living/dining room with flat screen TV, DVD and patio doors leading to private lawned area. Archway to new first class, fully fitted kitchen with black contemporary units, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Private lawned area with garden furniture and outside lighting and use of owners large lawned garden with trees and mature borders ideal for relaxation or games. Allocated driveway parking for two cars.

Dit is een mooi ingerichte woning die deel uitmaakt van het grotere huis, maar toch volledige privacy biedt. Het was voor ons een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Devon en Exmoor National Park te verkennen. Rustig gelegen als laatste huis van de straat - bovenop de heuvel (dus even naar het strand wandelen zat er wel niet in tot spijt van onze tieners). Grotere supermarkten zijn op 5 minuutjes rijden en zijn elke dag open tot laat op de avond. Het allerbelangrijkste de gastvrouw is een schat !
