Marsh Mellow is a charming semi-detached house with views over National Trust marsh and wetland ideally for bird watching. Internally, the property has a country cottage theme throughout. Externally, there is an enclosed garden with a summer house; an ideal space for pets to enjoy. Marsh Mellow also benefits from direct access to walking and cycling paths including the famous Tennyson Trail. There is also off-street parking for two cars and a garage with storage space for bikes and outdoor recreational equipment.

The picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth is just a short walk from the property; here you will find a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The historic harbour is guarded by Yarmouth Castle, the last addition to Henry VIII sea defences; walk around the castle and discover the recreated rooms of the 16th century or simply sit outside and enjoy a picnic while admiring the views out to the sea.
