There’s a spirit here that cannot be tamed, a vibe that sings of long days and late nights, of colour and energy and fun. Just seconds from Carnaby Street, Marshall Street has distilled that creative energy, and inside, you’ll find a smart home with just the right level of quirk. The furniture’s contemporary, the ceilings are high, and everywhere you turn, you’ll spot something really rather cool…much like the scene right outside your front door.

Wild thing

Your host is Norwegian, and he’s spent twenty years living in San Francisco. Soho was the natural choice for his London home, especially since he works in digital print. He’s a confirmed foodie, too, steadily eating his way through the many, many local restaurants.

Mod movement

As befits such a stunning location, Marshall Street is absolutely up-to-the-minute, and you won’t find a more fashionable home in all of London. Don’t expect gimmicks - the wit here is distinctly droll, cat cushions nestling beneath innovative lighting and pure white walls. There’s a Scandi groove to the designer chairs, while the shiny grey kitchen’s brand new, and contains everything you’ll need. There are two bedrooms, a neat twin and the cosy master, and you’ve a choice of two bathrooms, both filled with our White Company toiletries and fluffy towels.

A welcome pack will be provided on arrival and an iPhone will be available for you during the duration of your stay. Home truths: This central London apartment is in the thick-of-it, so there may be some noise from the street on busy nights. In addition to our normal cleaning, your host's personal cleaner will pop by on Mondays between 10am and 2pm, just to give the home an extra spruce. The storage in the master bedroom will be a temporary onefinestay wardrobe. The twin bedroom has 2 folding beds which are very comfortable but may not be for everyone.
