Village house built over 200 years ago, restaured to its original state. Situated in the old centre of Casabermeja, on the heights of the town. The house has been carefully restaured using traditional materials such as clay, wooden beams and thatched ceilings. Even the tiles in the courtyard and the corridor, familiarly called "La corriente", are original. Donkeys used to be lead along this passage to access the barn behind the house. The decoration and equipment of the house is simple but very stylish and authentic, including many collector's items gathered and restaured by the owner.
The house is divided into 3 parts: Casa 1 is the largest of the three. It includes a living-room with traditional chimney , a simple kitchen with dining table, a 3-ring gas burner, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the living-room, you can access the courtyard (patio) where you'll find a BBQ and a laundry-corner in the former barn.
The house can host 6 persons for a week-end or a week of discovery in Andalusia. Casabermeja benefits from a central position: not far from Málaga (25km) and the airport, Antequera (30km), the beaches of Torremolinos (at 40km), Granada (105km), Córdoba (140km) and Sevilla (185km). The natural parks of "Los Montes de Málaga", "El Torcal de Antequera", "La Laguna de Fuente de piedra" are allso worth a visit.
