A former wine farm of monumental value with private pool, originated from the XVIII century, and fully reconstructed in the original old style, whereby the old structure of the house have been kept. During the restoration, the house was divided into 2 linked houses. Located on an estate of, where walk among other animals goats and horses, at the foot of the nature park Montes de Malaga. The vegetation in the surrounding of the house is protected. All the bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom and some have an open fireplace. The house is very peacefully situated and has a fantastic 360 view over the Sierra de Torcal and the Sierra Nevada! This very characteristic finca lies close to the town of Malaga (25 km.) and the coast. Due to the central location (connected with the highway within 5km) are the Andalusia historic cities Granada (in 1 hour), Sevilla (in 1 hour) and Córdoba (in 2 hours) easily reachable. Unpaved entrance road of 2km. A unique accommodation!

Die Unterkunft hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen.\r\nDie Lage ist einmalig und traumhaft schön, der Pizzaofen und die Grills toll fürs gemeinsame Kochen und die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Sevilla, Granada, Malaga und Tarifa unproblematisch mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Prachtig, zeer gezellig gerestaureerd, knappe ligging, vossen en evers om van te snoepen, op een goed uur rijden van dè steden, van klimwanden, enz..., bijzonder attente en gastvrije verhuurster. Het was een heerlijk verlof, even wennen aan de keuken en dan uitgebreid tafelen, en tot 27 ° op 1 nov. We huurden het geheel met 8 vrienden (4 koppels). Een aanrader, zeker op de lijst van als we nog eens...

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller ruhiger Lage, jedoch zentral gelegen für Ausflüge.

Allerdings ist das Haus etwas schwierig zu finden, es empfiehlt sich daher, vorher mit der Schlüsselverwalterin telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, die einen dann an der Tankstelle erwartet und den Weg zeigt.

Wir haben die Finca mit zwei Familien besucht. Dafür war die Raumaufteilung optimal. Es handelt sich um zwei getrennte Wohnungen, die beide liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet sind. Das Haus besticht aber nicht allein durch seine Ausstattung sondern vor allem durch seine wunderbare Lage, die herrlichen Sitzplätze, die Aussicht vom Pool und vieles mehr. Carmen ist eine umsichtige und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, der man die Liebe zu ihrem Haus anmerkt. Sie stand uns stets gerne mit Tips und Tricks zur Seite. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind vorhanden, für den Großeinkauf lohnt sich allerdings der Weg nach Malaga oder Antequera.

Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von der Finca sind endlos! Die Küste, Malaga, die Höhlen von Nerja, Ronda, Granada, alles ist innerhalb höchstens einer guten Autostunde zu erreichen.

Die Finca ist ein Paradies für alle, die Ruhe und Erholsamkeit mit Ausflügen kombieren möchten.

Voor cultuur moet je wel een stukje rijden, maar dat is ook zeker de moeite waard.

Het strand is ongeveer 30 a 40 min rijden.
