Mansion, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, (Sleeps 6)

A former wine farm of monumental value, originated from the XVIII century, and fully reconstructed in the original old style, whereby the old structure of the house have been kept. During the restoration, the house was divided into 2 linked houses; the swimming pool is therefore shared. Located on an estate of 200ha, where walk among other animals goats and horses, at the foot of the nature park Montes de Malaga. The vegetation in the surrounding of the house is protected. All the bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom and some have an open fireplace. The house is very peaceful situated and has a fantastic 360 view over the Sierra de Torcal and the Sierra Nevada! This very characteristic finca lies close to the town of Malaga (25 km.) and the coast. Due to the central location (connected with the highway within 5km) are the Andalusia historic cities Granada (in 1 hour), Sevilla (in 1 hour) and Córdoba (in 2 hours) easily reachable. Unpaved entrance road of 2km. A unique accommodation!

The cottage we were a group of 10 persons. First, we booked some 6osobową, but two hours later it turned out that we will be 10 We ordered so the second part of the house. We spent a wonderful week. Besides his wife were there for the second time (previously modest - 4osobową a bunch). We do not recommend the upstart. All the rest should feel great there.

Set high on the hills north of Malage with wide, extensive views, this traditional property is ideally located for access to many Andaulucian tourist sites, including Granada for Alhambra), Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga and Ronda, as well as Gibraltar. The proprietress could not be kinder or more helpful and keeps the property in very good condition. The pool and the delightful local village add to the many pleasures and advantages of this property.

The only possible disadvantage for the very faint hearted is the 2km track, rough in places, that leads up to the property. The traditional features of the house might be a concern for a party including young children or slightly disabled people.

Locatie van deze prachtige oude wijnboerderij is adembenemend mooi. Ligt op een bergtop met een prive oprit. De weg naar boven duurt ongeveer 15 minuten en is een onverharde weg met vrij steile hellingen. Behoeft een degelijke auto. Het naar boven rijden is een klein avontuur maar maakt de ligging nog mooier. Het huis is opgedeeld in 2 delen. Wij hadden het 6-perssons deel gehuurd. Er kan een ander reisgezelschap gelijktijdig in het andere deel aanwezig zijn. Wij hadden de hele accomodatie voor ons zelf. Dit lijkt ons een stuk prettiger daar er onderling gebruik gemaakt moet worden van de doorgamg op het terras om naar het zwembad te gaan. Er is wel voor ieder een eigen terras waar voldoende privacy is. Het zwembad ligt naast het huis en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Ligbedden aanwezig. Faciliteiten in het huis prima. Internet aanwezig.
Als je natuurliefhebber bent zit je hier prachtig. Veel rust en geluiden van vogeltjes, insecten, geiten van de andere bergtop. Enorm mooie uitzichten. Tevens ligt het huisje net buiten het dorpje Casabermeja. Dit is nog niet erg toeristisch. Kunt hier goedkoop eten. Vanuit deze locatie alle grote steden goed te bezoeken (Sevilla, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, etc. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar. Leuk om met een groter gezelschap hele accomodatie af te huren.

La décoration intérieure est originale et raffinée.L'espace de vie cuisine salon et salle à manger bien aménagé.Les chambres spacieuces pour 2 d'entre-elles et trés bien décorées.Manque la climatisation au moins dans les chambres (absence y compris de ventillateur).Les 2 terrasses pour déjeuner sont agréables bien que la plus grande trop proche des voisins.La vue sur les montagnes environnantes est trés belle.La maison est isolée (chemin de terre difficile en voiture pendant 3 km) mais cele ne vaut la peine pour ceux qui aime la tranquilité et la nature.La piscine n'est pas trés grande mais suffisante pour les enfants.Elle est à partager avec les voisins.L'eau est propre.Bronzage sur des chaises longues avec vue magnifique ! L'accés à la piscine est fermé.
