This fully equipped, clean and modern oceanfront house has full ocean views from both floors. Many amenities are supplied to minimize your packing requirements to spend a stress-free, relaxing week overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is located in the quiet, less populated southern part of the island but is still less than a half mile from the border of Beach Haven border. This provides easy access to evening entertainment since Beach Haven borough is home to the island's only amusement park, a play theater, two shopping villages, and many restaurants. The property has deeded, private access to the beach. Each floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and there is ample on-property parking. Each floor sleeps eight.

Excellent Vacation

We loved your home and had an excellent vacation. It was truly a perfect week.

Your house is beautiful and the magnificent views of the beach and the ocean were fabulous. We had a full moon that week and the nights were amazing as well.

We very much appreciated all the additional supplies - soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags – they were very helpful. The deck furniture was very nice and comfortable.

We look forward to our next rental in this house!

Loved it!

We loved it!!!!

Really loved it, enjoyed every part of it. On our first morning there, we woke up swimming dolphins in the distance, your house is beautiful, perfectly maintained, loved the location. Our kids enjoyed playing in the sand a lot, right out there, it was really nice to be able to grill & watch them. We really look forward to coming back, it was exactly what we needed in terms of resting & relaxation. The area, though a lot of places open later in the season (we were there in early April), we got to go to the light house & a few restaurants, which were nice, and of course, lots of walks on the beach, anyway.. perfect.

Thanks a lot for renting your beautiful property! Can't wait to go back!

Great Location!

We had a GREAT time and didn't want to leave. This is the third beach front house we have rented, and we like this one the best, mostly because of the direct beach access. Having 2 little girls (2 and 6), hauling beach equipment down the street and up the dunes, is hard. At your place, we just open the gate on the patio. Nice! Being so close to Beach Haven was a definite plus.

Looking forward to coming back next summer!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in your shore home!! One could not beat the location and being there early in the season was a plus with minimal crowds. We all commented that your kitchen was the best "supplied" kitchen we have ever experienced in a shore rental home. No shortage of pots and pans, glasses, dinnerware, silverware, etc. This made it so much easier for us to prepare all the delicious fresh fish that we ate. The amenities that you provided such as hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent (and a washer and dryer, also a huge plus) were so helpful - all less things we had to pack. And to walk into the house knowing it was clean was a plus as well.

The space was also appreciated - enough room for us to spread out and enjoy our time together. But our favorite part was being able to sit on the porch and watch the waves and enjoy the full moon - regardless of the weather. We walked the beach daily and it was so relaxing.

We are already making plans to return! Thank you again for a very positive, relaxing and fun experience!

WONDERFUL
