Great one bedroom, ideal for shopping and sightseeing

The apartment is on the 1st floor (with no lift available), is very bright and enjoys sunlight from morning to evening. It is 50m2 (about 550 square feet) and sleeps up to 4 guests. This is an ideal solution for professional looking for a strategic accommodation or for tourists and families looking for a relaxing stay in a classy area of Central London.

The location offers excellent transport links, all within walking distance:

Chancery Lane tube - 2 mins walk

Holborn - 7 mins walk (change for Piccadilly Line, that connects all Heathrow terminals).

Farringdon 5 mins walk

St. Paul's, Covent Garden and the West End are walking distance.

The flat is strictly no smoking, (£100 will be charge to apply Ozone Cleaning machine if smoking will be detected inside), however is provided with 2 balconies accessible from the bedroom and from the living room, that can be used by smokers.

Check-in is from 2 pm but it may be possible to leave luggage from 12 (in case of earlier arrivals please inquire). After 21:00 we can arrange a self check-in free of charge or, if you require one of us to meet you at the property, an additional charge of £50 applies.

In order to to avoid waiting in front of the door and to guarantee a smooth check-in, please remember to inform us about your expected arrival time and to agree a time to meet.

Check-out is by 11 am, leaving the luggage can not be guaranteed (depending on the schedule for the day) but there are left luggage facilities at any of the main railway stations.

Please, note that 1 set of keys is provided at check-in, if you require a second set please enquire and we will arrange for that.

Please, note that guests may experience moderate noise nuisance at day-time due to on-going construction works in a nearby site.
