Perfect central location and charming accommodation

Lovely, well furnished and well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of everything in Avignon. Perfect size for two persons, with a sweet outside terrace for a drink or snack, weather permitting. Efficient, helpful and charming caretaker. Will certainly return when next in Avignon.

Perfect position, right by the Palais des Papes.

Beautiful basement flat in a lovely old property right by the Palais, with everything to hand. Ideal for us, now in our 70/80s. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Brian & Jean.

first class

the property was itself excellent. perhaps a little pricey but well worth the extra. there was everything required in the apartment . the lady Nadine who welcomed us was very good giving us instructions where to go , how to get there; and more importantly very pleasant. the location was ideal. we were 30 metres from the place de les papes palace and nearer a very good restaurant. All in all we could find nothing to complain about. gg. and jill.

Simply the Best

The best location in Avignon,plenty of space for a couple,set behind two large wood front doors in a lovely converted old building. the apartment is spotless and located on the ground floor with a terrace which has three steps up to from the bedroom to a shady terrace.the building is located in a small back pedestrianised street which connects to the Palace of the Popes and the small road to the bridge and La Horlage.The Location is excellent could not be get better for everything near by.Chantel greeted us and advised us on places to eat and shop for bread and groceries,she also left instructions to use the appliances in the kitchen etc.The owner had left a bottle of wine and water for us in the fridge.There was a lovely walk by the river and a lovely park at the back of the Palace with a cafe were you can get a good salad and glass of wine at lunch time and sit by the duck pond under the shelter of the trees when it is hot. Would highly recommend this apartment for its perfect location,cleanliness and good service and it is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a lovely holiday break. Wifi excellent reception.

Wonderful stay

Location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. So nice to find things such as water, milk, wine…so we didn’t have to go out looking for groceries right away. Valerie and Irina were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Next time we want to stay longer!
