Apartment based in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between the boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine. Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via an inner courtyard and has a private garden.

Located near the banks of the Seine, this 100m2 apartment was redesigned by an interior designer in 2013. Accessed via a small, quiet courtyard, it is on the first floor and has a private garden.

The open-plan living area opens directly onto a large patio furnished with tables and chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and the living room offers large, comfortable seating for the whole family.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed that opens onto the bathroom with shower and bathtub. Please note that this bathroom does not have a toilet. The toilet for this room is in the hallway.

The second suite has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi and television.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Great Location- plenty of room

We loved the location. Very easy to walk to cafes and the Seine River. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all large enough and very comfortable. The master bedroom has a nice sized tub, sink, and shower but no toilet. The toilet is located at the front of the house near the front door. This was no problem for us, but something to be aware of . There is a separate clothes washer and dryer unit but the dryer is more of a condensation dryer than a forced hot air dryer. I imagine this is a typical dryer for the area since there is nowhere to ventilate outside. Once I realized the issue, I just washed and hung the clothes to dry. There is plenty of closet space and hangers. We appreciated the literature left recommending restaurants and how to operate the equipment in the apartment. I was disappointed that only 1 large bath towel per person was given to us. I had tried to wash them (that's when I found out the dryer didn't work well). The apartment is advertised with air conditioning but upon arrival was told they only had fans. The location of the apartment was perfect for a picnic on the Seine River. We would stay here again.

Modern apartment in a great left bank location

Great modern apartment tucked into the back of an apartment building right off the Seine and across from the Louvre. Lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows but no screens (and lots of mosquitoes) so wasn't able to open them during our time there. The checkin process was incredibly easy and the staff super helpful. We were two couples and the layout of the apartment worked great for us. Would definitely recommend!

A very good apartment!

Very central location, it´s quiet and the beds very comfortable. I highly recommend it. We will definitely rent this property again in our next visit to Paris. a special thanks to paul, Samia and all the Glam Paris team! Excellent service Home Away!
