Why Chris Underwood chose St Andrews & North Fife
Craigower was owned by my parents, any my Fathers parents before him. I am therefore the 3rd generation to own the property. My wife and I will one day eventually move into this property, but currently live less than 5 minutes away
What makes this apartment unique
St Andrews has lots to offer, both for the golfer and the non golfer. This property is on a private road so there is very little traffic directly outside. During the summer months (and other times when the sun is out) the garden is a very secluded sun trap. With free parking on the street outside, and all the amenities of the town within walking distance, this property, which is finished to a very high standard, is ideal for the discerning holiday maker.
