Villa 3 bedrooms sleeps 7 2 bathrooms 90 m² living area 30 m² terrace area

Newly built three bedroom villa in a peaceful location with private pool of 7mx4m and magnificent views of the surrounding area. Accessed by a well maintained track.

A short drive to the unspoilt village of Canillas de Aceituno with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops and a 30 minutes drive to the coast at Torre del Mar.

The villa has air conditioning, heating, a barbecue and an organic growing plot where the produce is available to guests when in season. There are fruit trees so you can also enjoy some freshly picked fruit in season. ( Apples, nisperos, oranges, lemons, pears, cherries, plums and mangoes).

The owner maintains the pool twice a week and generally arrives laden with home produced wine, and fruit. The house is in the foothills of a national park, with a backdrop of the majestic Mount Maroma it is ideal for walking, birdwatching and star gazing or just relaxing by the pool in total tranquillity.

A welcome pack and a final clean is included in the price.

The house is situated in very quiet countryside, but there are attractions within an hours drive, Alhambra Palace, Nerja cave, lakes above Malaga, El Torcal, wolf park, water park, sailing on Lake Vinuela, horse riding, walking in the local natural park on Mount Maroma 2,062m., downhill bike riding on tracks, and beaches.
