What a wonderful place to stay - the best!

This appartment has it all....superb location, beautifully comfortable and a fabulous view! Perfect for exploring up and down the Riviera and into the mountains beyond.

Great to be in such a lovely setting and so close to both Nice and Villefranche sur Mer.

Madame Dupre is really helpful and kind...nothing is too much trouble.

The appartment is extremely comfortable and very well appointed, with 2 gorgeous terraces and that amazing view!

Thank you for such a fantastic holiday!

Ideal touring base for the Cote d'azure

This is a well equipped, property with a good combination of modern kitchen and bathroom within a period property with great character. The location is perfect, set in an area of large, attractive houses on the hillside overlooking Nice. The provision of a private, off-road parking space is very useful as parking on the streets can be difficult.

The owner is a charming lady, and despite her limited English and my terrible French, we had fun communicating - a tablet computer with Google translate helped a lot.

I would recommend this property to anyone who can cope with somewhat steep steps and roads in the area.

Owner's Response: Bonjour à vous deux Un grand merci pour votre appréciation, je suis très heureuse que ma location vous est plu Je vous espère en bonne forme pour supporter l'hiver. Pour l'instant à Nice la température reste agréable, toujours pas de chauffage.!!!! mais si la pluie arrive,alors là il faudra mettre la chaudière en route. Plus qu'une seule chimiothérapie lundi 20 octobre ouf! Mon très bon souvenir Cordialement Michelle Dupré

À près un accueil chaleureux, nous sommes restés 14 jours dans un cadre agréable. Nous recommandons cette location, malgré que le soleil n'est pas voulu nous faire profiter de la terrasse et du barbecue qui sont à notre disposition

Une super location : "cosy" et sympa

Un rez-de-chaussée très "cosy", pratique et très bien équipé.

Une qualité dans le mobilier et au niveau du bâtiment.

Un petit coin de verdure où les fleurs ne manquent pas.

Un endroit à qques min de Villefranche-sur-Mer et à qques minutes de Nice... Bref super pratique.

Un emplacement de parking utile, même s'il faut marcher un peu avec les valises jusque l'appartement...

Un couple de propriétaires sérieux, "vieille école", et très accueillant avec une hospitalité véritable.

Et une Mme Dupré au tonus contagieux...

Bref... Si vous cherchez pour 3 personnes avec une chambre spacieuse et un peu de confort,... vous avez trouvé.

Amazing vacation in a beautiful place

The location of the place is perfect for taking trips all along Cote d'Azur area in France and Italy by bus, train, and car or (by walking in some cases). You are in the beautiful residential area away from big crowds but minutes away from all the must see treasures of Cote d'Azur. The property has a lovely garden and a beautiful veranda with breathtaking views of the coast and the city of Nice. It is very relaxing to watch the sunset after a day at the beach or exploring the splendors of nearby towns. The apartment is remodeled, very clean with modern appliances. The owner has an impressive library in the apartment and a lot of information about the area to help you. It was very helpful also that the owner was always available and willing to assist us and give advice on what to see and how to get there. We felt extremely welcomed and taken care of like you were her family. This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. I highly recommend this vacation rental for its owner, its location, cleanliness and comfort. In all my travels I have never met a better owner that is not just about the rental money but truly cares about you, and that my friends makes this place a true gem.
