It has two newly redecorated bedrooms and a bathroom.

The dining room is ideal for four or six people has a sofa bed with brand CHAISELONGE stay.

The apartment has all the amenities that may be needed, and new kitchen appliances, air conditioning, marble floors, very modern furnishings and two parking spaces.

The driveway leads directly to the garden and parking rise making it even more comfortable.

Les yeux fermés

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Idéalement placé, cet appartement est parfait pour une famille. La terrasse est extrêmement agréable. Au calme et sans mauvaise surprise. A deux heures des grandes villes d'Andalousie, Séville, Grenade et Cordoue, l'appart est aussi à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage. Vous pouvez donc varier vos programmes selon vos envies du jour. La priopriétaire est très gentille et met tout à votre disposition pour vous mais aussi vos petits. Je vous conseille cet endroit sans aucun doute.

Vacaciones de Semana Santa

Estuve alojada con mi familia de jueves a domingo de Semana Santa y nos encanto el piso. Es igual que en las fotos con sus dos habitaciones equipadas con sabanas y edredón, su salón acogedor,pero lo mejor su terraza donde poder comer al sol y descansar. Marypaz la propietaria un encanto que nos facilitó información del piso antes de llegar y nos indicó donde se ubicaba el piso a nuestra llegada. Bien situado, cercano a un supermercado y a la carretera de la costa que hace que el piso este muy cercano a Fuengirola. Sin duda lo recomiendo para descansar e ir de vacaciones a Benalmadena.

Muy bien cuidada y una terraza ideal

Hemos estado 2 personas y nuestro pequeño perro, yo creo que lo mejor que tiene la casa es la terraza, también está muy bien equipada y resulta muy cómoda la estancia en ella. Espero poder volver el próximo invierno

Mes de septiembre maravilloso. Casa perfecta y completa para cuatro personas, sin echar en falta nada. Un patio que ha hecho perfectos nuestros desayunos y cenas. Urbanización bonita y tranquila, con una piscina en la que se puede nadar (ya me entendéis). Y por supuesto Maripaz, que nos ha tratado muy bien, dispuesta a mejorar nuestra estancia en aquello que le pidiésemos, pero sin agobiar.

Located in the prestigious resort of Torrequebrada, 1000metros beach, near golf Torrquebrada DelCampo and not the marina near Benalmadena 'Puerto Marina'. In the vicinity there are bars restaurants, burger king, supermarkets which can be reached on foot but although it is advisable to drive. The complex is situated about 400m from the bus stop and taxi.

The area is close to shopping areas in Fuengirola, Arroyo de la Miel, a coastal village visited by European citizens and also offers other sports such as horse riding, diving and water skiing.

When meeting a short distance Torrequebrada casino and Puerto Marina can enjoy the night life at the large number of restaurants, and local existing leisure

Other Activities: gastronomy

Golf: Golf is the sport of the Costa del Sol or, as some have baptized the Costa del Golf. In Benalmádena, and its neighboring towns, we have nearly a dozen golf class for you to practice your favorite sport during your stay in Benalmádena.

Towns like Alhaurín de la Torre, Mijas, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Benalmadena it will enable him to play golf on the Costa del Sol.

Golf courses that are designed, among others, by Robert Trent Jones or Severiano Ballesteros and offering the best routes to take some good sticks.

Only 10 min drive from the house, large shopping mall with over 20 cinemas (also in original version), great choice of restaurants and tapas places, bowling and many shops. Surroundings: - Tivoli amusement park with a cable car a beauty spot high level. - Torremolinos Aqua Park. - Crocodile Park in Torremolinos. In the port of Benalmadena can enjoy boat ride watching the dolphins in the area.

Ronda: In less than two hours of travel we Ronda, dreamy poets, artists and travelers from around the world city.
