About Jaroslaw Kozinski
I am 45 years old, have wife Anna and two daughters 15 and 6 years old. I love off-piste skiing, windsurfing and scuba diving but foremost my leisure time with family.
This house in Estepona is a bit of pension/retirement plan and a lot of pleasure - we love to come over whenever we can - we put a lot of time into making this place better and better for our guests.

Why Jaroslaw Kozinski chose New Golden Mile
We once visited the nearby Kempinsky hotel and got so in love and impressed with the area that we decided that we want to buy something here for vacation and retirement. When house in Urbanizacion Garden Beach come out on the market we did not think for long - it is fantastically positioned in first line, adjacent to sea urbanization, very spacious and comfortable with private garden, sun roof with barbecue area and underground garage.
We modernized house by completely replacing the air-conditioning, putting the new roof, removing the so called 'splash tube' which is not really usable and replacing it with spacious 4 people Jacuzzi.
Home is also equipped with two sets of garden furnitures, sun umbrellas and sun beds on the roof.
Everything is prepared with an top comfort for one bigger or maybe two smaller families in mind.
Every guest so far was very, very satisfied.
Untill recently house was rented for few years by Novasol.com but I decided to cut the intermediary and pass the 20% of total rent price savings to guests!

Situated next door to the luxury Kempinski and Mar Azul Hotels, this secure gated complex has a pool, children's pool, gardens, restaurant, and a gymnasium. There is easy access to the beach. The new beachside designer shopping & restaurant complex of Laguna Village is only a short walk away and Estepona is also within easy reach. Casares Golf, with its restaurant and clubhouse, is about 15 km drive away from the property. This townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloak room and comfortably sleeps 6 people.
