This magical villa is set into the hillside allowing access to both the ground and first floors from the outside with sweeping views, through olive trees, over the Ionian sea towards mainland Greece, Kefalonia, and Ithaca. An ample parking area gives way to the lower pool terrace (with sunbeds, shower and shaded pool-house) and a ground floor level terrace with seating, tables and table tennis table (also shaded).
Through the entrance doors is the spacious living area (with TV, DVD, HiFi system, Ipod connector, boardgames, drinks fridge and sink) and three sets of French doors onto a large terrace. On this level, off the living area, is the laundry room with dryer and washing machine and 4 of the 6 bedrooms:
Bedroom 3 – en-suite shower, double bed, French doors to the terrace, views.
Bedroom 4 – double bed, en-suite shower
Bedroom 5 – twin bed, en-suite shower
Bedroom 6 – twin bed, en-suite shower with separate outside access and private terrace. This bedroom can accommodate an extra 1/2 child/young person
Car access to the upper level and an internal staircase lead to a big open plan kitchen/ sitting area,/inside dining area with windows and fantastic views on three sides. In cooler weather , a wood-burning stove is situated in the kitchen. Two sets of French windows open onto the large rear terrace with table and seating for 18+ and a large built in BBQ. This terrace is bamboo shaded and gives access to the two main bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – super king 4 poster double bed, en-suite bath/ shower room, balcony with stunning views, dressing area, outside access
Bedroom 2 – en-suite shower, twin bed, outside access.
All bedrooms and the main open plan room have air-con and heating; fans are also available.
All linen, towels, pool towels are supplied. Weekly housekeeping is provided unless otherwise agreed.
Should an extra bed be required in bedroom 6, this can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. A cot is also available if required.
WIFI internet available.
We bought the land 12 years' ago and, after 6 years and completed Zaharoula in 2008. It has been built using 100% local resources and the expertise of numerous local craftsmen.
Zaharoula is named after Panorama's owner, 5 mins walk down the road. Panorama has the best rooms on the island if you want a larger group than 12/13.

We had a wonderful time and we all loved your fabulous villa. Very comfortable and really spacious, we were able to spread out and relax and have come back feeling much healthier and batteries have been fully restored.
The AB supermarket was brilliant and the weather was good, all in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
Also, Avril and Richard looked after us extremely well and were lovely people.

The location was perfect, close to the Peligoni Club and near the sea. Very accurate description, attractive Villa with plenty of space. Facilities good, layout would have worked better if kitchen was on the ground floor.
The property was very clean when we arrived and was in good condition, having been newly painted and well maintained.
The customers service was excellent, we had a couple of minor problems which were dealt with immediately.
I would certainly recommend this property to friends.
The watersports at the club were excellent, and we found the supermarket A&B ito be extremly good and were able to buy a large variety of good quality food.
All in all it was a very enjoyable holiday.
May - September: Peligoni Club (10 mins walk) with spa, pool, tennis, restaurant and bar, all water sports. 2 nature parks within 10 mins. Waterpark 20 mins drive away. Advice given on tours, rental cars, boats can be hired locally, bicycle hire, horse riding, museums, Zakynthos town, local island ferries

|Notes||Occupancy of the villa is from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure. Weeks will be priced at the rate prevailing if rental seasons cross over. If you are interested in booking the villa for 10/11/etc. days, changeover days are Sundays or Thursdays. No pets are permitted between April and November. However, pets will be considered for longer term winter rentals.|
