Our apartment has been completely refurbished and is in a fantastic location, only 50 metres from the Super Chatel gondola and 100 metres from the shops/restaurants in the centre of the village. Despite being very central the apartment is in a quiet location, situated above the village centre and set back from a no through road.

Due to it's location, the L shaped sunny southwest facing balcony has magnificent views of the valley both left towards Linga and right towards Chapelle /Abondance.

The property comprises – entrance hall, spacious open plan living room with 42 inch TV, WIFI internet, Apple TV, dining area, and modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob/oven, coffee and washing machine.

2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom/wc.

One of the bedrooms offers the option of 2 single beds or together as 1 King size (mattress zipps together). With a double sofa bed in the living area this apartment comfortably sleeps 6.

There are private parking spaces, but also a private garage is available for parking and/or for the storage of bikes. A cave is also available for ski/snowboard storage.

LOVELY PLACE, GREAT LOCATION

Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated and well laid out especially two bedrooms both with en-suite. Good size of balcony and the doors/windows let in loads of light.The main building looks a little dated but the apartment is not. Location close to the Super Chatel is fantastic and very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants in town. We liked the balance between proximity to the lift and to town but just far enough away to feel peaceful. Easy arrangements for someone to meet us when we arrived and departed.

FANTASTIC VIEWS, NICELY FURNISHED APARTMENT

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location is great as in right the centre of chatel so easy to walk to restaurants. Newly furnished with nice en-suites in each bedroom. The views from the balcony are fantastic & a pleasure to wake up to every morning. Owners helpful - as before we booked they did say the lift next to us would be closed (as it was the last week of the season). There was still skiing 10 minutes drive away so this was not a problem (also a bus stop to slopes 5 mins walk away). In the middle of the season this would be a great advantage as so close to slopes. Would definitely return and recommend apartment to
anyone wanting to visit this area.

APPARTEMENT DE LOCATION DE REVE

Nous avons adore l'appartement pour plusieurs raisons:
Extremement confortable et amenage au meilleur gout.
La vue sur le village et la montagne est imprenable, sans compter l'exposition qui autorise le soleil dans l'appartement tout l'apres-midi (quand on ne ski pas tous les jours, c'est tres agreable).
Le garage en bas de l'immeuble s'est avere exptremement pratique tant pour la voiture que pour y mettre nos skis au retour.
Les commerces et restaurants a moins de 100m de l'immeuble nous ont permit de ne pas utiliser de vehicule
le bus gratuit sur la place de l'eglise a moins de 5mn a pied, mene a d'autres flans de montagne. Le choix des pistes est illimite. Les bus passent environ toutes les 10mn dans les 2 sens.

Les plus qui ont rendu notre sejour unique et sur mesure:
le service a domicile du loueur de skis,
la possibilite d'avoir la literie et les serviettes de bains
la gentillesse du personnel de l''agence de locations
la possibilite de reserver des lecons de skis avant de partir

Les habitants de Chatel sont extrement accueillants et d'une patience a toutes epreuves en depit du nombre de vacanciers!

Nous relouerons cet appartement avec beaucoup de plaisir.

VERY NICE APARTMENT AND STUNNING VIEWS

The apartment was excellently presented and refurbished to a high standard with both bed rooms en-suite and a large living area which is well heated. The views from the apartment are simply stunning and with wi-fi, big TV and DVD player the apartment was great in the evenings too. It's right in the centre of Chatel with easy access to the cable car and a free bus to another skiing area - our 3 year old enjoyed the skiing and even though we didn't ski ourselves there was lots to do in such an amazing place. We would definitely stay here again.

VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE FLAT

The flat is cosy, modern, warm, suitable for 4 persons, located right in the middle of the village and near shops, restaurants, ski cablecar and shuttle bus with an astonishing view on the valley.
