This charming villa is built over four floors. On the entrance floor you willl find a spacious living room with a warm fireplace, TV, a DVD player, and internet access router mobile 4G (the connection might be not always fast due to the area and the thick walls).

Going down to the lower floor, there is a large and open kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for delicious al fresco meals. Here, there is also a second living room, along with a complete bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with TV and its own ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower. There is a second double bedroom, also with TV and its own ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, bathtub, and shower.

The air-conditioning is available in the two bedrooms (portable air conditioners).

Moving up to the second floor, there is a panoramic roof terrace with a spectacular view of the island of Capri. This marvelous terrace is also equipped with sofas and a table, along with an outdoor shower.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
A cash refundable deposit of € 400 must be provided upon arrival, the money will be returned at check-out time, after verifying the absence of any damage.
