Comfortable and spacious, this apartment is equipped for 4 people including a dining room with a splendid view of the sea and the hill, a large living room flat screen TV and leather corner sofa, desk with WI-FI connection, a master bedroom, spacious with 160 bed, opening onto the terrace View Sea, was second bedroom or living room with a sofa bed 160 for a nap cool opening onto the terrace and view Wed. Ideal for a couple enjoying the space, two couples or a family of 4 people. Quiet location, villa consisting of three apartments two of which are for rent and owner occupied. Closed property, lush garden views, a pine forest of umbrella pines and sea that dominates each room. Kitchen area with bar cabinet in the living room, bathroom with tub, double sink and toilet. Apartment very airy with its bay windows and cool in summer! Central heating in winter. Parking in front of the property.

Appartement spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur la mer! Une terrasse très agréable, d'où nous avons pu apprécier le calme et les petits déjeuners au soleil! Location trouvée sans problème et très bien entretenue.

Propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et pas du tout envahissant!

magnifique!

l'appartement est superbe,bien décoré,bien équipé.Super télé, on peut brancher son portable sur la sono pour ecouter de la musique.La literie est neuve,confortable. Bibliotheque de choix.

Mais le point fort de cette location, c'est la terrasse sur la mediterranée! Sur les chaises longues, avec un petit cocktail,on se sent vraiment privilégié! Une vue exceptionnelle,dont on profite aussi à l'interieur grace aux baies vitrées.La propriétaire habite au dessus de la location,mais l'intimité est preservée.

Les plages sont accessibles à pied,à 5 mn( au retour , ça grimpe!) et toutes superbes.Eau cristalline, petit resto sympa( Coco beach). De la terrasse, on entend la route assez passagère, c'est pour ça que je mets 4 étoiles, mais c'est vraiment un petit défaut, car la vue compense largement!
