Enjoy a quiet and cozy house for 8 people.

LA ROCA sits high above the miles long beaches of the village of 'Zahara de Los Atunes', boosting magnificent views overf the Atlantic Ocean and the North coast of Africa. On a clear day you can see the light of 4 lighthouses 2 of them in Africa, and 2 on the Spanish mainland. This villa offers above all peace and panoramic views. If you like starlit nights and love romantic sunsets, then you will be in heaven here.

the building was inspired by the Ibiza style houses, all in white with rounded corners and with a flat roof . It consists of 2 separate units, which are divided up into three levels.

The main house and 2 further bedrooms with a bathroom in the lower part of the House.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and ensuite bathrooms and 1 with two single beds) and one of the communal rooms, comes with a large sofabed which turns into a comfortable bed. So 8 persons can stay very comfortably in the house.

On the main floor you find the open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and a small pantry and the living-dining room with access to a terrace with magnificent views. The main bedroom with bathroom is also located on this first floor. A round staircase takes us up to the second floor were we find another spacious living room with fireplace (approx. 30 m 2) and a beautiful terrace with magnificent views of the coast and the sandy beach of Atlanterra which stretches for almost 15 km to the neighbouring town of Barbate and beyond.

The lower floor is reached via the main stairs and through a separate entrance. Here are the other 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and also beautiful outdoor areas for sunbathing, reading, sitting and of course to enjoy the views

LA ROCA is built on 2000m2 of Landscaped terrain planted with mediterranean trees and flowers and many beautiful corners to sit in the shade and read or sunbath. Near the pool larger trees offer shaded areas in the summer. This area is protected from the wind and very private. You can´t be seen from the outside here yet the views are great

The Villa belongs to the so-called Costa De La Luz, region southwest of Andalusia, between the Strait of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea, about 35 km north of Tarifa, and 50 km south of Cadiz. The coast offers a variety of interesting destinations apart from plenty of sunshine and beautiful beaches. Expect great frech Seafood and Tuna in Zahara and especially for water sports enthusiasts Zahra and the surrounding areas have a lot to offer. Golfers will find 5 golf courses within a radius of 50 km

Zahara de los Atunes is a holiday destination that is barely touched by mass turism and is famous for the beauty of its surroundings, several nature reserves and the virtually unspoiled beaches. Zahara offers the real Andalusia.

The mild climate all year round makes it an ideal holiday place for people who love nature and tranquility, love good food and for sports enthusiasts and hikers. Those seeking Shopping malls and Casinos won´t find any of that here.

  • RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

    To make a booking, you previously required 30% deposit of the rental. Once you have confirmed your intention to book a property shall transfer this amount to the account indicated. The costs arising from the transfer to pay, go by the tenant.

    The remaining amount (70%) will be paid 30 days before your arrival to the account specified.
    We do not accept credit cards or checks as payment.
  • The property is for private use only, and lease.
    Any other use must be expressly authorized.

    They can not stay in the house more people than are indicated in the booking form or lease.

    The client is obliged to leave the apartment in the same state it was in when you enter, ie clean (scrubbed dishes, trash removal ...), leaving the furniture in the same location in which it was.
  • The house will be ready for occupancy from 17 pm the day of arrival.
    The customer will leave the house at 11. 00 hours a day planned (to clean and condition in case that day has another entry planned), time shown on the rental agreement.
