The property is a beautifully refurbished house less than 200 metres from the beach with the added benefit of a garage/parking.
It is part of a terrace of houses at the foot of the East Cliff very close to the beautiful harbour of Ramsgate. Its close to the town and amenities and bars and restaurants. It is also in a great location for exploring the area.
The property can be reached by driving down Harbour Parade and then turning directly left after the Belgian Bar into Kent Terrace (directly opposite the Pavilion).
The owners bought this property in 2006 and it was refurbished in 2012. They have owned holiday let properties in Cornwall and see Ramsgate as very much the next place in the UK to take a holiday as there is so much to offer.

Its a fabulous place to relax and unwind all year round. With the new high speed train links to London the area has really opened up to a new market.
The house is very spacious and has great sea views. You are right next to the beach, bars, restaurants and Royal Harbour. The property also has a garage and there is on street parking on Kent Terrace
