With an unbeatable location right on the iconic Plaza de la Reina in central Valencia, this beautiful five bedroom apartment offers guests a unique opportunity to stay in the very heart of the atmospheric old town. Plaza de la Reina is one of the most beautiful squares in Valencia, and is home to the much-visited Cathedral - said by some to contain the Holy Grail itself! Filled with colourful flowers throughout the year, the Plaza is one of the city’s prettiest, lined with a great selection of cafes and restaurants as well as plenty of elegant and classic Valencian architecture. Just off the southern end of the square is the small Plaza Santa Catalina, home to the lovely Iglesia de Santa Catalina. Many of the city’s top sights and attractions are within walking distance, including the medieval Torres de Quart towers, the Mercat Central food market, and the beautiful UNESCO site the Lonja de la Seda, whose beautiful interior vaulting should be on every visitor’s itinerary. The futuristic City of the Arts and Sciences can be easily reached via Valencia’s fast and efficient public transport network. The apartment itself is really quite special. Aside from its fabulous location, it showcases the best of Spanish elegance, comfort and style. Situated on the first floor of a beautiful classical building, the apartment interior has been designed and furnished in an elegant contemporary style. Neutral tones blend with splashes of bright colour, and designer light fittings and individual style touches combine to create a space that is both stylish and practical. The living area is open-plan in design and includes a dining area and bright sitting room that opens out onto the small private balcony that overlooks the vibrant square and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an after-dinner drink. There is an additional dining area in the fully-equipped modern kitchen, ideal for more informal meals. A sleek and modern study room is perfect for those who need to work from home. Each of the five bedrooms has been individually decorated in keeping with the rest of the house, and with the exception of the smallest bedroom. The entire apartment is bright, welcoming and spacious, and combined with its great location, is a wonderful option for those looking to stay in the beating heart of this exciting city. Surface area: 180m2. First floor: The entrance leads into a hall and then follows onto a study area with desk and a chair. To the right of the entrance, there is a living dining room with a French balcony looking out onto the Plaza. It is furnished with an L-shaped 6-seater sofa, a matching puff, armchair, a coffee table with TV and DVD player. There is also a glass dining table with seats up to 8 people. The balcony has a table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast table with 6 chairs. There are 5 bedrooms: 4 of them (with fitted wardrobes) are located along the corridor: the master bedroom consists of a double bed (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m), 2 bed side tables and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower; 2 twin-bedrooms (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) with 1 bed side table; and 1 single bedroom with 2 twin beds (2 single beds one beneath the other, 0.90m x 2.00m); the 5th bedroom is located next to the entrance and consists of a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables,  armchair, and has a French balcony looking out onto the Plaza. There is a second bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen which are tiled.
